Oh, Frostilus are the Nokama/Nuju Hordika set combiner.
EDIT: Add Onewa to that aswell, i knew something was off in the art as there were four white Hordika shin pieces.

We use many different programs, depending on the animator's choice. A few examples are Toon Boom Harmony, Crita, Adobe Animate, ProCreate, etc
