Good morning! Well I have definitely been struggling with the consistency of the concrete this year. I really hope we can get this figured out before it really gets hot. Shout out to my son who edited this one for me giving me a bit of a break. I understand that his editing style is different than mine and not for everyone but every once in a while I need a break and I sure do appreciate it. See you on the next one! Adios

We are definitely Thankful for your son Ryan!! But we would like the old editing style back please. This felt like a compilation or montage 👍 Great work brother !
Ryan did you find out from the concrete company if it was Lafarge or st marys? St Marys always goes fast and I prefer not to use it. The concrete company here in the thumb of Michigan uses Lafarge cement and when it warms up they put in retarder to slow it down. Keep up the good work!!!
Happy to see Marcel more dedicated this year. Seems like his whole mood has changed for the better. Seems like you have a solid team. Hope it stays that way! Also love when your son joins the squad even if it’s just for the day.

No one is claiming to be an expert. I'm sure most of us are glad we even got a video. The problem is the editing style does not go with the content. It's more suited to fit one of those big youtubers that caters to children and young teens. It wasn't bad, just not good for channel. It's just 1 video that's out of whack. Now, if the editing were here to stay, I would have to cut my losses and not watch because it's not my thing, and clearly not others'
Let me start off by saying this is my favorite TH-cam channel by far. I look forward to your videos every morning they're uploaded. But, as others have said, the fast paced editing style is really killing it for me. The excessive scene cuts where you would have natural pauses in your speaking makes me feel like I'm on some type of amphetamine except its extremely hard to follow along. I appreciate Ryan jr for helping you out with the editing, I honestly don't know how you do it all on your own. But perhaps Jr. can take some of the critique into consideration when doing the edits. I understand people have different editing styles, but I think your editing styles is partially the reason why your channel is so successful. Just my two cents.

I also picked up a resin bull float last season: we use it on the first pass then close up with a mag bull float and it has made a world of a difference for us in Knoxville.
Loved the video and enjoy a different type of editing as well. What most people don't understand that might be older is the thing is most youtube videos made by younger people are edited just like this one, Ryan Jr is younger and understand what stands out to his age group. I am 26 so I get the type of editing he has done, most people that have viral videos will have constant jump cuts, things animated, switching scenes constantly. Stuff like that keeps the younger generation engaged, I prefer the older longer raw videos with no edits but those styles of videos are not what the younger generation likes or makes. They want short, fast paced videos like its an ADHD thing but its just the new way of making videos. The most successful youtuber Mr. Beast explains this process way better than I did but trust me I get why Ryan Jr. edited the videos like he did, the change is video editing is refreshing but not for everyone. Please go back to editing your own videos Ryan, your son's editing style is nothing like yours. Jump cut after jump cut, dumb sound effects, easily 40 minutes of content compressed to 20 all making the video feel like a gag reel. The only thing missing were the fake studio laughs like on a sitcom.

Hey Ryan. I’m a landscaper / earthmover in Australia and I did a massive concrete patio one day and the bull float snapped right in the middle of the extended pole where they joined. So in the middle of the patio was the bull float and pole. Job was a complete nightmare

Been watching for a while and today while on my delivery run (I am from New Zealand) one of my customers were getting a new driveway done up and it was interesting watching how we do it here compared to what you guys do!
No music in the intro is wayyyy Better
Good job fellas. Concrete looking awesome as always.
This video moved way to fast! Way to much at once
Always have a backup bull float Ryan. You should know that. COME ONNNNN!!!!!
The editing is taking away the authenticity to why I subscribed ..... not trying to be a pest just giving some constructive criticism
Good morning Victory crew. Always looking forward to new video. Keep up the good hard work. Im frm Az. Weather is windy here today.
Too many edits Ryan better videos before no editing, clean and simple
Love the videos so much the overlay music I don’t like the old school videos without the music in the background constantly, keep up the awesome work Ryan!
Love the vids man. Hope you and your family have a great day. You have inspired me to open my own mechanics shop and I have now helped my parents pay if there house as well as mine.
New videos feel rushed to much background music dont like em at all
I know impatience is not good, but I was hoping for daily videos. More, more, more! Love watching.
Hey Ryan. I’m a landscaper / earthmover in Australia and I did a massive concrete patio one day and the bull float snapped right in the middle of the extended pole where they joined. So in the middle of the patio was the bull float and pole. Job was a complete nightmare
I love your vids
I love nothing more then to get in from work to see another videos out keep up the good work guys sorry for the loss in the family guys
You guys have inspired me to where I want to do concrete I really wish you guys were closer to me and I could have a job opportunity with you guys love the way that you run your crew and how y'all are family oriented it is a beautiful thing keep up the good work you guys are amazing easy money
Feel bad for Darryl. My condolences to him and the family. One of my co-workers/friend lost his father last year and it took a week for him to come back. Never easy.
Good job on the driveway guys! Also I've seen a bull float break once but that's because buddy drove over it haha. Always have a spare kicking around in my opinion.
The thing for you guys that I would be more worried about is the mud buggy breaking down.
Francisco really is a phenomenal consistent worker man.
I have the same problem right now as well. Sometimes I have over 20+ voicemails for potential new customers and appointments. That’s the life of a contractor right there.
The little hammer you gave Eric had me cracking up had to rewind a few times lol
Tough day out there but I loved it when the going get tough and tougher just makes you get the best out of you and improves your skills and realizes what your are really capable of. Nice video Ryan keep it going…👍👍
That’s a BIG driveway to power buggy. Great videos great work
Marcel its getting hard! The blue chew is actually working!
Hi Ryan in England we always put polythene on top of the sub-base so it retains the water in the concrete, stops it drying out to quick,(nice job)
@@robertharvey6030Hi Rob we use a lean mix for patio sub base or a type 1 stone and wacked down to compact then its ready to put paving slabs on top with a mortar mix underside and tapped down for finish level!
🙏🙏 For Darryl and his family...I hope it wasn't Mr Bobby.... Keep up the great work crew💪💪🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪
Bob is good my real dad richard passed

Thanks for the shoutout! Love watching the hard work you guys put in. It makes me want to learn how to pour concrete!!
Man It's just some of those days that nothing goes wrong, but you all stayed positive or so it seamed!
Hey Ryan and crew great video today very entertaining and a great job
Asking for and getting paid before the tools are cleaned. Great system. I need to go working in the USA.
I love watching your contact been watching you for about two weeks and it already feels like I knew you for years you and the crew do some great work and are inspiring to other hard-working men such as myself I’m a jack of all trades a master of masonry. 23 years old out of Delaware!!

Wow... What a struggle this one was... But Victory conquered the ghost of Monday by the end of the work day... Good on your guys...
Prayers & condolences to the Darryl duo and their family
Thankyou very much
Absolutely love your mentality. Makes me want to start a concrete company.
I'm not even a construction worker or work in the field. I work for Monster Energy, you put great content and I enjoy watching I like the way you lead your great team. Kudos to you and keep on grinding.
