But then they couldn't possibly have made as much money! I really wish they would get design space 100% before they come out with yet another machine. (I'm not the only one that feels this way.) I've been with them since their very first 6-in cutting machine came out and I've literally had almost every machine they make.(including the Imagine- apparently I got one of the 12 that actually worked and I'm still using it today and love it!) About three machines ago I finally gave up on design space and jumped the fence to Silhouette- and I'm not sorry. At that time the Maker had just come out and I swore I would not give them another nickel.Welllll.... things change. 😅 I got my Maker- the original - and I love it! I went ahead because I found one on sale at a ridiculous price, in pink... How could I say no? I wanted to be able to cut more/thicker materials that the Silhouette just can't do . I now run both brands for different reasons and will probably continue to do so- but I don't think I'll be buying another Cricut machine. I did indulge the grandkids with a Joy, so they would leave the bigger ones alone, lol- and again, I'm glad I did. They love it, I love having it right next to me on my desk for smaller things, and the software is fine for anything I would cut with it. It's just taking them way too long to get their software up to speed with other cutting machines- I don't know why they refuse to give us the things we've been asking for since day one but instead continue to come out with bigger and better machines... If they had better software more people would buy the machines! They also need to get their customer service fixed. I'm not blaming the actual people that answer the phone, they can only work with what they are taught/ given but come on now... Thousands of people need you on the weekend and you're not there. You say that you want small businesses to use your machines, but we can't afford to wait until your phone lines open again on Monday, and then sit on hold for 2 hours only to be told they have no idea what's wrong with our machine and they need to escalate the call. Seriously?
I have watched the Cricut from its inception and I was overwhelmed then about purchasing. If the purchase was worth the investment and would I just buy it and the box collect dust. Fast forward, I purchased the Joy during the pandemic because it wasn’t as ominous to me as the other machines. I found myself doing bigger jobs and working harder, not smarter so I purchased the Explore3. I am grateful for the Joy getting me over my fears and into the Cricut world. This is a nice machine and I can’t think of any reason I would need it just yet😂 Cricut Joy, take a bow🎊🎉 and Welcome Cricut Joy Extra!!🎊🤸🏾♂️🎉
THIS I am excited about. I am a tumbler maker and do a lot of my own designs. My little Joy is my WORKHORSE for names, etc. This will be a game-changer in my world. I do a LOT of decals and print then cut is what I use the most. This I am going to buy! I actually squealed!
I always turn to you for honest feedback. I love how you deep dive into products and give us the down and dirty. I also love that you keep it unbiased. Therefore, my hats off to you for honest feedback. Also, as a new owner of Cricut, I truly love your detailed videos. Love you!
The Calibration on my Cricut Maker is ridiculous. No matter how many times I did it, never made the cuts properly. So, I already have the Joy. I will get this new machine for the Print and Cut of stickers as well as sublimation prints. Thank you for the introduction of this new machine.
I think Print Then Cut is the best addition, but also the ability to use basic Letter or A4 sized paper. One thing I would love Cricut to address is the ability to use Print Then Cut with SMALLER paper sizes to reduce waste. My printer, like many, can print on 5X7 4X6 and 3.5X5 paper sizes. When I'm doing small Print Then Cut Designs I would love to be able to use those smaller printed sizes rather than waste a full sheet of letter size paper. Now I have to either take the time to find other items to fill the sheet (which is time consuming and means I can't just get on with my project) or else waste all the excess!
For cut and print projects I prefer the scan and cut and not a cricut product. For creating custom projects, cricut is better because of design space. However the scan and cut PC Canvas version is very good.
@@scrapinmaniacif you truly want the ability to create custom projects, Silhouette is the way to go- their software is head and shoulders above Cricut. (I have both machines and use them for different reasons.)
I would LOVE to win the Cricut Joy Xtra. Because it is portable, I would use it to take to my daughter’s house to make things for my grandchildren AND take to crops and retreats. Jennifer, you have the gift of teaching and I always learn so much from your videos. Thank you for this opportunity! ❤️
How exciting. I love that it is bigger than the Joy, but smaller, than the others. I can’t wait to see your other videos on the new sticker and vinyl paper.
Angie this is awesome new --I went from my JOY to an Explorer Air 2 and have not used my Joy as much since. But this xtra is something I will have to think about because I still love the versatility of the smaller size to take to my friend's home and craft together. Now that this machine does everything, I use my explorer for what a game changer. Thank you for demonstrating the advantages of this machine.
Thank you, I have the Joy and a Maker 3 but, I think I’m going to have to get this one too. I love taking my Joy to the living room and crafting so this new machine will be great for that. I’m taking care of my elderly mother so I can craft in her room too.
Your video was better than others I had found. I am completely green in the Cricut world, not to mention that I am not a computer genius, so I am looking for a tutorial that begins with " This is the Cricut Joy and this is what you need to type into your phone or computer..." Literally. So, when I heard you say you have a free class, I became hopeful that there is a chance I can learn how to use this gadget. I will sign up and see what happens, lol. No matter what, I thank you for this awesome video that really got straight to the point without a bunch of useless chatter❤.
Hello Angie. I've never owned a electric cutting machine before, but I knew I didn't want to invest in one of the larger ones. So,,,for the last couple of days I've been looking into the Circut Joy, I had just about made my mind up to buy it. And then ( by chance) I saw this video , with being new to the Cricut brand I didn't know there was a size up from the Joy machine ( lol ). The Joy Extra has ticked all of my boxes and because of your fantastic tutorial & explanation, I now know which one I am going to invest in 😁. Thank you hunny.
Thank Angie. I have the Joy but gave up using it when I realized it could not print and cut. What I want to do is make sentiment strips and ephemera for card making. I hear this new machine is great for stickers but I wonder if it will cut equally well on heavy card stock. Thanks for your video.
I will be buying this for my two grandkids (8 & 12) for Christmas! I got them hooked on paper crafting! They are my crafting buddies! ❤️ I’ll have to teach them how to make stickers!
Thank you, Angie, for stating the video is sponsored by Cricut. So many TH-camrs have been confused about this -- if a free product is sent, the video is sponsored. I've even seen TH-camrs deny that the video is sponsored, right after stating the product was sent to them free. I attended a workshop from a lawyer at Creativation, and she stressed this heavily: the FTC is cracking down on this; we must declare this sponsorship on the video. Well done! Your reviews are also so thorough and helpful!
It’s great they added the print & cut function, but disappointing it doesn’t take new tools for scoring / embossing, for example. I’m staying put with my joy for now. Thank you for your fab videos Angie!! I love them!!!
Give them time- they will give us all of those tools, and you can be sure that they won't fit any other machine. That's another reason I have such an issue with this company- they'll do anything to make sure they get every last nickel they can out of their customers and I simply don't believe that's the way to do business. Unless there's a physical limitation- all the tools should fit all the machines across the board...
i just saw a video created by someone that used to work at cricut showing how to score with the joy. i haven't had a change to try it yet though. search Scoring with your Cricut Joy or Joy Xtra in youtube
I am behind the times and just learning about this now. I have a Maker, but I rarely if ever use it for large projects anymore. And the only times I ever used any of the special materials that only the Maker can cut is when I was intentionally trying to get more from the Maker - not because I really wanted to do those projects. It is so huge in my small craft room. Joy Xtra will be perfect for me. I will keep the Maker though just in case.
I am very interested!!!! Thank u for your nice review. I never used a cricut before. The only reason i need one is to create boxes for my handmade soaps. Can u do a video showing how to create boxes using cardstock. Also i don’t know what a cricut pen is as i never had a cricut before. Thank you !!❤
Angie, that you again for the details on the cricut joy xtra. I can't wait to get now!!! You mentioned it may need calibrating for print & cut. I want to use that feature as I have used on my Maker 3 to make better cuts. I look forward to more videos with other materials. I am still new to both machines & now looking forward to learning about the "xtra"!!! You are always great at giving us great hints and love how you explain them so well. Keep up the good work. You inspire me.
When can we buy them??? I can't wait now. I have the Joy & like it, but now, I can do more!!! I am excited. I hope we can get mats & supplies too when they are out.
Just found you on TH-cam. I have the new Cricut Joy and would love it if someone posted a youtube on how to make labels with the Cricut Joy, start to finish, for someone who never used any Cricut machine before. My main purpose was to create pretty and practical labels for organizing things. Since I've never owned a Cricut before, I don't know how to get started and get familiar with everything. After labels, maybe I'll move on to other things.
This reminds me of the mini expression, its the same size. I love that it is just a little bigger than the joy and has the print than cut feature! something else to add to my cricut collection lol
Hi Angie. How are you? Thanks for sharing information on the 2nd New Cricut Joy Xtra machine. This is the first time I have heard about it. Love all of your TH-cam videos. Very helpful. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.God bless you and your families, too. Have a blessful day, and Happy Palm Sunday . and have a blessful Happy Easter, 😀too. Remember Jesus CHRIST ❤.😀
Thank you for this video!! I just got mine a couple days ago. I would love to do Infusible ink. I’d like to know all the supplies that I need to get as well. Please do that 😊
Cricut machines & other products are usually excellent & dependable. Not so with DS. That program is so buggy…. Thanks for your continued evaluations & teachings.
I too love the Extra - My first recommendation would always be the Maker. Biggest downside to the Extra is the inability to "recut" & this has caused me quite a few issues (it doesn't always cut as cleanly as the Maker). As an entry level machine I think It's awesome & I use it for cardmaking & other projects with simpler cuts.
Great. Another cricut upgrade which equals another machine. I’m running out of space… and money. I’d have to purchase a whole new set/size of mats, vinyl and more. The print and cut is the only feature I’d use it for if I ever bought it. Can it cut (balsa) wood? If not, I’ll wait until it can do that too. Many thanks for the review.
Angie this is great!… thank you for doing this… I can’t wait to also watch your video on how to use this … I love making decals but my space is very limited so by having the joy extra is a game changer!!!❤
Thank you, Angie! Great information. Do you think you could do a Cricut Xtra demonstration on how to make a label for a quilt on fabric? Thank you so much! Bobbie
Thank you, video was great! Can I use regular cardstock or does it have to be “smart”…. I would love to see a tutorial on scrapbooking titles and images. Thank you!
I would have loved to see a scoring stylus available. I am mainly a paper crafter and this would be perfect for using my 8.5x11 cardstock. So many projects require a score line. I feel like this is a big miss. I would have loved to purchase this machine. It would be great to take to crops.
good morning I just finished watching your video it was very much interesting because I am about to go and get one this week so I am going to keep up with you so I myself could learn thank you💮
Hey Angie, man do I love your videos! You have taught me so much over the years! Can you tell me if this takes the same power cord as my Joy? I’ve already ordered it however it won’t be here till Tuesday. My cord died on my Joy but I don’t wanna order a new one if this takes the same. THANKS AND KEEP THESE AWESOME VIDEOS COMIN’! -Midnight
Angie, I would love to purchase this machine, however, I have an Air 2 and I'm trying to get into Rhinestones. Will this cut rhinestone flock, i.e. Magic Flock or RockIt Flock? And the most important question, will Design Space ever have the ability to design rhinestone templates? It is such a pain to take your design from Silhouette Studio into Cricket to cut. Especially having to make sure your hole sizes are correct. Thank you for your brilliant videos! You are a master at teaching, describing, and just all around knowledge about whatever you present.
It should cut rhinestone flock if the flock you are using cuts using the fine point blade. I don't know of any plans to add templates but heck who knows any more!
I wish I had waited an extra 2 years for this one. Especially since I've only used my Joy twice. Life just got crazy busy and hadn't the time to use it. But now that my time is getting more free time, I would have liked this one. Though it's not needed since I do have the larger one. I just like the portability of the smaller ones. I do think this one will be great for people just starting out. I like the sticker feature on it. Plus, it's much easier to store. This is going to be a winner for those who don't need all the other features like etching and wood cutting.
I am an art journal maker and card maker and print and cut really interests me. Any other thing that I could use for these crafts would be a bonus as well. Thank You for sharing and teaching.
Great video. Wonder if the day will ever come, when there will be an affordable, easy to use machine that PRINTS & CUTS. It's still a lot of steps & it has to be printed out on the printer first. You'd think sticker technology for at home crafts would be better than this by now. I just use Avery label sticker paper & put my digital art onto the template it comes with. It's limited to rectangles & circles, but it's better than all this printing & lining up & sticking on a mat... etc etc. I even started doing my greeting cards this way. I got tired of the cards misaligning on my regular printer, & having to throw out the mistakes. Now, if i make a card, I use Ai on my home computer, or Procreate on my Ipad, or Sketchbook on my droid phone - then I use a printer App & send it to my printer, print it on the sticker labels on like a 3x4 or 4x4 white label paper, then I stick the label on a blank kraft folded card..viola, there's my greeting card. After making cards as a hobby at home since 2016.. this was the easiest way I could do it. If I need a large number of cards, we send it to our local professional printer. I'm hoping someday making stickers & greeting cards will be easier. I check about once a year to see what is new out there & it never seems to be easy enough... yet.
Great review! Thank you! I’m brand new to this and I think this is going to be a perfect place to start. Will the sticker paper work in the explore 3? Does that machine cut out stickers?
Thank you for your videos and sharing all the new products. How did you like the new printable vinyl I gold? I’ve tried others and find that the print will smudge, ruining the sticker. Did this hold up to printing? Was there a wait time to ensure it’s dry?
Great buide thank you ~ I have a material question: Can the Joy Xtra cut ... and to what thickness: magnetic sheets, stencil paper/plastic/vinyl, vellum, acetate/plastic, 300gsm cardstock? I think that's all, thank you ^.^ ♥
@@AngieHolden Thanks! I'm going to put this on my Christmas list this year! hehe Was wanting the Maker 3 but realised I have no space and in the end I probably won't work with anything besides cardmaking sized stuff or around! ^.^ ♥
I bought joy last year, ( new to crafting) and I wish this one had been available so I didn't have to buy the maker ad I learned how to use the machine and realized the many limitations. How are you supposed to make cards and envelopes without a way to score?
Thank you for a very informative video. I was wondering if you move your machine do you have to recalibrate it? I know you are supposed to do that with the Maker. Thank you
I am new to these cutting machine ways, lol. I mainly want one to design and cut my own stencils. How does yupo or mylar type materials work in this machine? Will the cutter that comes with it be sufficient to cut those materials?
I’d love to learn the max size you can print for print n cut. I have some projects that I’d like to use print n cut for but need to know how limited my print size would be. I couldn’t do it on my maker cuz the print n cut size was too small
I really wish they would have added a scan and cut feature. I love being able to cut out stamped images but the Brother Scan N Cut is so big and bulky I hate using it to cut out a small sheet of images. Being able to have a small machine that can fit on my desk that could scan and cut would be a game changer for me!
Hi thank you for the great explanation. I've just bought my joy Xtra and I love it. I have a question though. Is it possible to make some foiled stickers using the print and cut feature? I don't mean stickers that are foiled with a laminator but stickers that you print then foil with cricut foil tool and then cut with joy Xtra. I tried to do it yesterday but I didn't manage to.
I would like to see spiral journals that are 8.3 x 5.5 project and I'm eager for the release of the Cricut Joy Xtra. Although Michaels already has the tools, the machine is not yet available.
Oh now there’s one I want!!! Love it! Thank you for the review. I wonder when it will be available. I am so excited! I’m so curious as to what changes are being made to Design Space too!
I really want one, I am always coming up with things I could use it for but traditionally have gremlins when it comes to tech. Is it complicated for beginners?
There is a store here in AL called Dirt Cheap which has discounts for 40 to 95 percent off. I wound up finding the bag there for the Joy for $15 which was a steal.
Wow!! Can't find an Australian outlet/price yet but it will come. Angie I have trouble with my joy telling me it can't do the 15oz mugpress template. Will the extra size help with this?
They should have come out with this one first just saying Thanks Angie 💐
It fixes many things I didn't like about the original Joy!
Totally agree, one with all, I don't get as price same , makes for having additional machine
More sales this way..😢
They made a cheap one as a “gateway drug” to pull people in.
But then they couldn't possibly have made as much money! I really wish they would get design space 100% before they come out with yet another machine. (I'm not the only one that feels this way.)

There are easy workarounds that allow you to use the original joy for print and cut. We've been doing it since the second week we had our machine 😂.
Give them time- they will give us all of those tools, and you can be sure that they won't fit any other machine. That's another reason I have such an issue with this company- they'll do anything to make sure they get every last nickel they can out of their customers and I simply don't believe that's the way to do business. I can’t believe they still haven’t added a scoring function. This is why I don’t use my Joy as much. If it did scoring, it would be my go-to.

Here you go: th-cam.com/video/roJEy5YBBEo/w-d-xo.html
WOW! Looks a great little machine, yes would be great for those small projects!!! Thanks Angie for a great domo you explain it all so well! Hugs Liz 😊
You are so welcome!
This reminds me of the mini expression, its the same size. I love that it is just a little bigger than the joy and has the print than cut feature! something else to add to my cricut collection lol
I totally agree!
Remember Jesus CHRIST ❤.😀
i agree, most of my project would fit on this size. I already have a Joy and Explore Air.... not in the budget for a new machine, but it's adorable.
It really is!
I love it! The white color is awesome. ❤ I may need to replace my Joy with an Xtra ….. I also have a Maker. Lol
Go for it!
Thank you for this video!! I just got mine a couple days ago. I would love to do Infusible ink. I’d like to know all the supplies that I need to get as well. Please do that 😊
Try this: th-cam.com/video/l7_yb-boUHA/w-d-xo.html
I just bought the Joy. Frankly I don't mind pulling out the Maker for print then cut. But this is tempting.
I do like the size but my bigger machines are definitely not going anywhere!
I would skip this machine since I already have the Joy and move to the Explore Air since there are more functions for the EA.
I wish they would add the recut back to the software!
It does not cut wood. Really no reason to get this if you have other machines.
Angie this is great!… thank you for doing this… I can’t wait to also watch your video on how to use this … I love making decals but my space is very limited so by having the joy extra is a game changer!!!❤
Yay! Thank you!
Thank you, Angie! Great information. Do you think you could do a Cricut Xtra demonstration on how to make a label for a quilt on fabric? Thank you so much! Bobbie
Thank you for the size comparison with other machines. Exactly what I was wondering.
You bet!
I'm very excited by this machine. Would love to see some print & cut videos. Thanks.
There will be one up in a few minutes!
Im about to pick up mine at Michaels I’ve been waiting a couple years for a joy upgrade to come out! 🎉
Hope you enjoy it!
Thank you, video was great! Can I use regular cardstock or does it have to be “smart”…. I would love to see a tutorial on scrapbooking titles and images. Thank you!
You can use regular cardstock on a mat.
I would have loved to see a scoring stylus available. I am mainly a paper crafter and this would be perfect for using my 8.5x11 cardstock. So many projects require a score line. I feel like this is a big miss. I would have loved to purchase this machine. It would be great to take to crops.
I have been thinking about getting a Joy for traveling, but seeing the new Joy, think it might be better choice. The Maker is great but not portable!
Definitely one of the two for traveling!
good morning I just finished watching your video it was very much interesting because I am about to go and get one this week so I am going to keep up with you so I myself could learn thank you💮
Thank you for the info. Very helpful. Agree with a previous comment that this machine should have been released first.
I definitely like it more than my original!
This video was so thorough and helpful! It help me finalize my decision to purchase a cricut joy extra, thank you ☺️
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you Angie! I would like to see how to calibrate this machine for the print and cut please. 🤗
Same as any other. You can see that here: th-cam.com/video/RAXL_33rN58/w-d-xo.html
I have just purchased one. So excited yayyyy great tutorial thank you
Hope you enjoy it!
Thank you so much for this. I just bought mine and I found you straight away. Can’t wait for future videos 🙏🥳
Awesome!
How exciting! I have the joy and the maker 3 and now want this one!
ALL the machines!
Lean how to use it, mine is new. Please let me know when the classes are going to bed, I’m in Arizona.
Free Cricut class here: www.thecountrychiccottage.net/free-cricut-classes/
Ugh. I just bought the venture. I love my Joy too!
So many machines!!
Interested in what adjustments you had to make to tge settings for print and cut. Love your channel! Blessings from Kansas ☺️💕
I just had to run a few calibrations. You can see more here: th-cam.com/video/RAXL_33rN58/w-d-xo.html
-Midnight
It does!
How do you repeat a cut with this machine? I've searched everywhere and cannot find any info. Thanks for your great videos.
You can't unfortunately. They changed Design Space and it is no longer an option.
If i was introduced to this one first, i would only own this one. My Christmas gift early 😊
Good choice!
I definitely think it is great for beginners!
I am sold! I'm ordering my today. Thank you for a great tutorial.
Thanks for watching!
I am an art journal maker and card maker and print and cut really interests me. Any other thing that I could use for these crafts would be a bonus as well. Thank You for sharing and teaching.
I love your unboxing videos and detailed demoes and explanations 💞
Glad you like them!
I check about once a year to see what is new out there & it never seems to be easy enough... yet.
Cricut made one for a very short period of time many years ago. I think combining the two makes its own set of issues!
What printer should I get to print labels on my glass cosmetic jars
Love this! Do you know if they will be releasing a scoring blade at some point? I use one all the time in the Maker.
I do not know.
Great review! Thank you! I’m brand new to this and I think this is going to be a perfect place to start. Will the sticker paper work in the explore 3? Does that machine cut out stickers?
Yes it will!
Thank you for your videos and sharing all the new products. How did you like the new printable vinyl I gold? I’ve tried others and find that the print will smudge, ruining the sticker. Did this hold up to printing? Was there a wait time to ensure it’s dry?
No smudging! It held up great! It was dry right after printing!
Great buide thank you ~ I have a material question:
Can the Joy Xtra cut ... and to what thickness: magnetic sheets, stencil paper/plastic/vinyl, vellum, acetate/plastic, 300gsm cardstock?
I think that's all, thank you ^.^ ♥
Not magnetic sheets. It can cut stencil material, acetate, vellum, and thick cardstock.
No score on this one either. You need an explore or maker for that.
I’m very excited to have found this video and your channel! I am new to the electronic cricut and can’t wait to learn more.
Welcome!!
Thank you for a very informative video. I was wondering if you move your machine do you have to recalibrate it? I know you are supposed to do that with the Maker.
Thank you
I move my machines (including my Maker) all the time and do not recalibrate.
I just bought the cricut Joy, I should've waited!
Thanks for the update. I love my Joy but the new size is great
You’re welcome 😊
TU, Angie! Please do a video on print and cut. TIA ❤❤❤
Try this: th-cam.com/video/uIL0RsTrOy0/w-d-xo.html
I would like to see videos on how the Xtra could be used with sublimation designs. Looking for sublimation inspiration and ideas related to the Xtra
Noted! It would work the same as any Cricut for this though.
I am new to these cutting machine ways, lol. I mainly want one to design and cut my own stencils. How does yupo or mylar type materials work in this machine? Will the cutter that comes with it be sufficient to cut those materials?
You can cut stencil material in any Cricut machine. I would go by the size you want to make your stencils.
I’d love to learn the max size you can print for print n cut. I have some projects that I’d like to use print n cut for but need to know how limited my print size would be. I couldn’t do it on my maker cuz the print n cut size was too small
The new sizes are here: th-cam.com/video/Q7KpssKUN6Q/w-d-xo.html
I really wish they would have added a scan and cut feature. I love being able to cut out stamped images but the Brother Scan N Cut is so big and bulky I hate using it to cut out a small sheet of images. Being able to have a small machine that can fit on my desk that could scan and cut would be a game changer for me!
Yea none of the Cricut machines do this.
Great job! Can I use my Cricut Joy mats?
No. It has different mats.
Yes you can! I made some here: th-cam.com/video/FR1KnW-2JOY/w-d-xo.html
Oh, I will have a look, thank you!
I would like to see spiral journals that are 8.3 x 5.5 project and I'm eager for the release of the Cricut Joy Xtra. Although Michaels already has the tools, the machine is not yet available.
With 12x12 materials, I saw u cut to fit the mat on 8.5 width, wouldn't it be better to cut to the size of the project to avoid that 3.5 inch scrap?
Sure! I think I cut everything down before even doing the cutting since I was showing a video about the machine.
Great Tutorial Angie!
More print and cuts for me. Thank you 😊
You’re welcome 😊
Can it cut card stock matless? One of their competitors machine does already and is the same size. I enjoy your videos 😊
Only the smart paper. Not regular cardstock.
Oh now there’s one I want!!! Love it! Thank you for the review. I wonder when it will be available. I am so excited! I’m so curious as to what changes are being made to Design Space too!
Sept 7th you should see it for sale!
I really want one, I am always coming up with things I could use it for but traditionally have gremlins when it comes to tech. Is it complicated for beginners?
I think this is easy to use.
Do you have to have Cricut Access in order to use the print and cut feature?
No you do not.
Will it have accessories such as the travel bag? That's the big draw with my Joy is the traveling with it.
There is not a travel bag yet.
I’m sure other companies that sell on Amazon are working on travel bags for this machine.
There is a store here in AL called Dirt Cheap which has discounts for 40 to 95 percent off. I wound up finding the bag there for the Joy for $15 which was a steal.
I would love to see a tutorial on how to use the card mat
It would be the same as the other card mats.
Wow!! Can't find an Australian outlet/price yet but it will come. Angie I have trouble with my joy telling me it can't do the 15oz mugpress template. Will the extra size help with this?
Harvey Norman has their release on the 8th!
Hmmm. I thought the Joy would do both sized mugs but it had been a while. Yes this machine definitely would.
Should come with mat!
I need for you guys to do more crafting than only showing what comes in the box
I do a Cricut video weekly and lately have been using this machine in almost all of my videos. Feel free to watch those.
@@AngieHolden Thank you
I love transferring rub ons for clothe. Will Joy Xtra do this?
I have not used rub ons?
Thank you Angie!
You are so welcome!
This looks like pretty good. I am disappointed and surprised that they did not include even one cutting mat to get you started.
Newer machines come with smart vinyl. It has been like that for a while.
@@AngieHolden Thanks. I did not know that. For the price of the machine I still would prefer if a mat was included though.
