I think you're absolutely right that there is a definite correlation between job title and the amount of hours you put in. Especially at the levels where you bear responsibility for products, although I do see senior management putting in insane hours too. I too try not to have meetings on the weekend, but I do check my emails so that I don't get overwhelmed on the Monday morning 😂
