Sadly, Mel has the least chance of surviving the explosion in the council room. She was RIGHT next to the window when Jinx launched the "Ultra mega death rocket" (Her ult in the moba, looks just like the one she launched at the end of season 1)
So, if the explosion doesn't kill her, shattering glass most likely will
