- Brian (TheMudBogger79) takes the first hole at River Run near Jacksonville, TX. Pinion bearings were going out on rear 2 1/2 Rockwell axle, which caused the pinion to shear. He removed the rear driveshaft and drove the rest of the day.
Silverado details - 505 chevy stroker big block , solid lift cam , forged crank rods and pistons , cast iron heads with port work , roller rockers , 10.3 -1 compression.

Suspension on a budget... I love it!!! I give MAJOR props to the owner of that rig, will someone buy that man a beer? He is now one of my idols lol
If you get stuck just floor it till something breaks.
ya i think he did some thing like that
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪💪💪💪
Say it with me kids... MO-MEN-TUM.
Haha...that's awesome man! Really glad ya enjoyed it. Got lots more action of this baby runnin strong again!
@quadguy112895 Yeah, and gettin caught up on stuff around the house.
Ever since I stepped up my game and started usin these new cameras, my edit time has gone up exponentially! Takes hours just to do a couple little vids :(
But they're super HQ though, so I hope you guys are enjoying them :)
Thank-you for the come back i cant stand people that hate others hobbys and they sit at home wishing they had something cool
@58apachelover No problems! He did a mega jump with it one time and bent a couple of the front support arms, but other than that, no probs!
Hell yeah buddy, you don't stop til your chevy stops !
1000 HP does nothing if you can't put it to the ground as you see here.
@gade800X Front leafs have 12" and 10" block. Rear springs have 8" springs, 15" block and shackle flip.
@TCF2148 Cool man! Thanks for stoppin by to check out a little mud. Sounds like you and MadRam11 probably have a lot in common :)
Thanks for the video. Hearing those serious engines working so hard stirs one's heart. Too bad about that differential breaking.
Always the best mud trucks, thanks for another
@Guzman8011 It sure is! Love that truck :)
Thanks for checkin it out!
@groutaone Thanks man!! There were a LOT of trucks there this weekend. Lots more good stuff on the way :)
that truck sounds so badass it sounds like my brothers and dads drag cars with them open headers
Love the chevy with the super long rope. Always makes me laugh when he is puling trucks out just waiting for the rope to end.
Them blocks though hahaha
and we thought they were talking about whats under the hood........lol
Dude there like 3 foot blocks lol crazy lift
Those are perch brackets you noob
@BuyWag Yeah! Thanks for checkin it out bro :D
@gade800X Sure thing! Good luck with the build :)
@Tina2328 Thanks man!! Appreciate it :)
Holy lift blocks.
Wow how did that truck go better with just front wheel drive haha wtf
@Crazy650 Dude, those 2.5 tons are pretty freakin bulletproof! He hasn't had a lotta trouble out of em, so betcha he keeps runnin em on this truck ;)
BIG RESPECT!
This is a designated riding area. This truck has a manual 5 speed transmission
When I first saw those huge blocks on top of your Rockwells I thought to my self "these guys really need radius arms for trucks that tall", but you've got them. I do love power toys, too. My thing is rock racing. Nice wooded setting by the way.My area is all pine.
@DanielRemains LOL!!! Glad you've back with the clever lines ;)
Other than breaking his rearend, that truck and the dude driving it are badass. Every video Ive seen of him, he gets out of almost every situation w/o being towed. I sure he's got a shit load of money in that truck, Though the truck isn't flashy nor has the biggest or tallest tires, he gets out of mud that bigger trucks got stuck in.
That truck is slammin!
That was fun to watch.. I miss mudding. Thanks for sharing! Truck sounds awesome too....
@Lukedawg1984 Glad ya enjoyed it man :)
@jasongood100 Thanks dude! More on the way....
the fun part is seeing what your vehicle can get through without getting stuck. if you get stuck, back out of the hole (or get towed out) and try approaching the hole differently until you can get through it
GREAT SHOW!!! LOVED IT!!! ;)
@abcmclovin Yeah, Brian wasn't a happy camper, but at least he stuck around. We all had a good time :)
Damn, you almost made it. I was rooting for you to make it, so close.
This video is fuckin' awesome man. As soon as I saw the "thumbs up for windows down" I literally sat MY beer down and could only think "get that some' bitch!!" haha...love it man, hope your truck got up and runnin in quick order...she's a beast!
@xXMonsterXFanXx Wow, that sounds pretty wild! Major props on the fabrication of that one :)
looks like the guy in the blue chevy needs to learn how to drive lol
I love this truck.. I always find myself back here watching it.. the blue one that is.. Boggers is the only true mudding :P I will have a truck like it soon
Best front wheel drive Chevy I've ever seen
that truck sounds like a beast!!!
Some sweet rigs man! Looks like a ton of fun! Keep on truckin!
some pretty cool trucks. im kinda iffy on that suspention though. does it flex much, ever had issues with it? how does it handle with them rockwells under it?
Cant wait to see it in person. Heading to east Texas next weekend!
Those are some beautiful trucks! Chevy power!!!
@gade800X Haha....very nice! We'll be ready for ya!
@sideloaderspecialty It was just the early stages of it. Right now, that same area is a couple of feet underwater...
Just curious, but if you don't mind me asking on the back of the older Chevys rear differential is that a brake.I have always wondered.Well, thanks and I enjoy your videos.
back it up and give it hell chevy power love the video
i run 2.5 top loads and there awesome. Its all we try to run with down here in FLA. i thought this was a awesome video, he almost had it. Also being the first one through is the tuffest job of the day, the mud from sitting all night gets nasty. Being the first one through takes guys and sometimes to save the gear just get pulled out. for whats its worth, thats my take. awesome video, motor sounded tight, that chevy that pulled him out was bad ass as well
@quadguy112895 Thx for keepin the comment thread on track today. I been away.....Might have to put you on salary keepin the channel afloat while I'm doing other things!! :)
OFF the HOOK boys !!!
Looks like ALOT of fun !!!
That one nasty cam you got in your truck !
Depends on the color of the smoke...
@tgredneck If you're a savy shopper, you can find em cheaper. He already had the spare on hand, so just gotta change it...
I was just about to say "why doesnt anyone ever gas it through that crap?" then this...love it man
rek... Ive read that the weak link on a rockwell is the ring and pinion... did the bearings fail and cause the pinion to break, or did it break teeth?
awesome video always a pleasure!!!!!
That suspension looks fragil as hell but it’s got some nuts!!!!!!
@txfirehawk Yeah, ropes are good for that. I think they tend to deteriorate faster though :(
yup suprized to see the rockwell go they aRE hard as hell to break
CHEVY'S GO HARD! Yeaaauh!
@Ronniecrf450 Yup! He's got the powertrain and the gearing perfectly matched!
Ya, a matched set now for sure. JUNK-A-ROO!!
@ronmatj Haha.....thanks man!
Still a pretty sick rig! You just need to upgrade the driveline a bit. I love that it's got 3 pedals too!
@bowtie7985 Sure does! Pinion bearings were already going out though :(
@Crankone Oh yeah?? What's the plan?
Blue truck, stop, window up, grey truck, awesome.
@nighttrain359 You got that right my friend!
Ain't that the truth man!!
Registration, lights, wipers, etc...
Very well said.
@TrooperOfDestruction For a Rockwell?!? No way....
@Bamabrute85 LOL! Yeah man, that'd be a WOW kinda moment seein something like that blastin through the mud!
Dam that ole boys got a front wheel drive now. Just like a Honda accord.
my 87 chevy did the same except i blew my motor and blew everthing out of my rear end and my driveshaft snaped in half and now i got a 454 bb in it its been entirely re-done runnin bout 500hp or more
on a good portion of the vids, the trucks are blowin some smoke, what is it from? doesn't that normally mean you got oil leaking into the cylinders?
good thing he made the hole deeper!
@BLACKLACDTS Oh yeah, he woulda made it fo sho! Just glad it went out on this small day trip ride, instead of a big event, like Trucks Gone Wild comin up...
Now thats what I call a lift kit!!
What a Cleatus..... Playin in the mud is alot of fun, sure... but shit dude, to the point of grenading a rockwell... Sounds like too much skinni-pedal and not enough self-control...
that's the baddest front wheel drive i've ever seen!
@unicyclerider15 stable , 4 inch square tubing welded to the axle with bracing , its plenty stable i have jumped this truck and never had any issue with the lift blocks , been together for 4 years now , its a go truck not a show truck and the blocks work very well and sure beat having to buy a 2000 dollar set of coilovers , so what do you suggest to make it right ?
That was BAD ASS until you broke it. I LOVE IT.
@Gasser4x4 Heck yeah man! Whatever it takes to get back to camp
Question for you, the disc spinning around on the diff, what is that?
@brandonbriggs Yeah, he said the pinion bearings were already going out anyways....
Hell yeah that's bad ass! He almost got out to!
ouu maan ... i can feel the power right here.. madafaka ... really really impressive
@kd4ysi The bearings were going already, so that contributed to it letting go...
And I thought that my Jeep's Iroks 39.5 were big ...... Snif. Great vid !!!
How much maintenance do these rigs require? And how much money do some of these things cost?
Cruising around doesn't use much gas....and they're not WOT for long, so that doesn't really consume a lot of fuel either...
@07gmclover What's the 80's mod??
what are those umbrella shaped things holding the ladder your axle is bolted to?
always amazing videos man,thanks!
I like the tractor tires on that other truck. Nice stacks out the bed too.
@Crankone Oh really?? That's cool man! Wish I could team up with you guys....already obligated though :(
Otta be fun with Spring Break goin on though! :D
My lite ass Jeep would have walked straight through that
