Its so different seeing Steffen using a fix bridge as he normally uses a tremolo floating bridge. But my do Steffen and Christian suite each other nicely while playing live with each other
If my memory has not elude me it’s because his Ran guitar broke one show it may been the headstock so it became unplayable, due to Christian having a endorsement with Ibanez, Ibanez sent Steffen a guitar so that must be the one he played! He now plays ESP in Obscura and Steffen is Endorsed by them and uses the same shape as his Ran’s there is video on this channel, with Steffen showcasing it off. Hope that helps!

Agree huge death influence. But obscura has many nods to more classic metal bands. When I first heard them I thought they were carrying the torch for necrophagist. And then heard many nods to many old schoolers. Huge Celtic frost nods in devoured usurper
I'm going to see them in September for the first time and I'm assuming this is a band for other musicians and music nerds like me who enjoy listening to good music and carefully observe how they play their instruments. In other words, I doubt there's going to be a mosh pit and people stage diving a this show. Am I wrong?
