no your just a jaded negative critic, In Antman, Q Darren is probably traumatized as all hell, sorry the cgi is not up your standards, there is no way MODOK is going to look mean, and this version of Darren is not quite the same bad guy he was in the first movie.
@@RendanLovell there's always 1. he didn't watch guillermo del torro's pinnochio either if I could guess. that movie brings in a lot of context that i think make his opinion more jaded than it would have been
Screenwriting formula books have standardized the craft, prioritizing a rigid 3-act structure over character-driven storytelling. This shift has sidelined narratives focused on character development, favoring predictable plot points. Classics built on character depth would struggle to find a place in today's film industry.
i love this guys candor. Who else can pull off laying on the ground. Cat water fountain, amazon bubble package leaning on his lamp... and still I can't get enough! Most chill natural communicator I enjoy.
Got reminded of the robocop remake when i saw this trailer. Love Pennywise as an actor but no way i am going to waste my hard earn money and time on this movie
It's classic confirmation bias. No one remembers the bad movies from before "our time" (for me, that would be pre-70s) I guarantee you there were just as many stinkers back then, they just weren't available to as wide an audience as today. And they've surely all but disappeared after hard copies stopped being a thing.
No. Movies have not gotten worse. The internet has made everyone armchair critics. If Star Wars were released today it would be shredded to within and inch of it's life by people pointing out the lame ships, the dumb names, and the goofy plot holes. It's become the in thing to hate on things that other people like, stating subjective opinion as fact. Someone says that the new Indiana Jones is bad? Well they're wrong, because a lot of people like it. The absolute MOST they could say is that THEY don't like it, or it doesn't work for THEM. Period.
I see what you’re say but I disagree. I think a lot of your grips are with how they are received rather than the films themselves. I agree that armchair critics online have made discourse horrid. I can’t stand it, but films are roughly what they’ve always been.
We’ve gone from the classic that is the first Batman movie to Batman V Superman, a movie no one likes. We’ve gone from the great Star Wars trilogy to Disney’s trash trilogy that no one likes. And we’ve gone from the original great ghostbusters trilogy to ghostbusters 2016. Short answer: YES
Disagree. We can cherry pick good and bad movies from past and present like I did in the video. We’ve got bad Batman movies now but also some of the best. We got bad Dune movies in the past and now 2 of the best. Not to mention, when Force Awakens came out everyone loved it. Same goes for Rogue One. It’s an ebb and flow.
some movies seem to be just genereated for no reason. just throw random words and ye get a decription. ex con try to reconnect with daughter then fights mob.
Movies today suck because the story lines are based on today's standards instead of just having a storyline created on fiction I don't give a damn about today's standards that's why everything is going to continue to suck !
Do you think Hollywood is out of ideas?
hence pinnochio

I’m not sure that’s true, at least, I hope it’s not.

Where do you live bro? That backdrop with the mountains is beautiful
Thanks my guy! It’s the beautiful Utah mountains.
Movies are terrible, because they are no longer made by artists but rather analysts and boards of directors.
That’s definitely a part of the prevailing Hollywood problem. Studio executives make me want to do bad things.
I soo appreciate your sense of humour dude 😝
You’ll will get over this break up, I promise
I didn't know you have a cat! Tofu is so cute
He’s pretty epic huh

Look.out the crow remake is coming soon. Cute cat though. How old is Tofu ?
I actually have no clue. He got abandoned so I picked him up.
@@RendanLovell That's nice of you. Hope he is doing fine

I like movies that don’t make me think like kung fu panda and Godzilla cs King Kong fallen empires
That’s why I love Transformers 5.
The best part of Transfivers five is when Anthony Hopkins shoots megatron with a secret gun then does

You're a letter short of having a perfect name
Update: incredible video. Very well spoken. Perfect ending. Genuinely 12/10
Thanks! I only wish I could have 1 extra letter 😞

You need to make longer videos.
Okay
