THE MIND OF KOBE BRYANT - LIFE ADVICE

  • “When we are saying this cannot be accomplished, this cannot be done, then we are short-changing ourselves. My brain, it cannot process failure. It will not process failure. Because if I have to sit there and face myself and tell myself ‘you are a failure,’ I think that is almost worse than dying”

      Reason 73 that's because the patch to success is really one direction. Sometimes you need the same message reinforced a 1000 times from people you respect before it clicks. It sounds repetitive but if it was easy we would all be Kobe.

    Michael was great but what makes Kobe better in my opinion is his ability to teach and inspire others... that’s the true definition of greatness and whenever I’m feeling down or sad I watch Kobe interviews and I can’t help but smile at the true greatness of an individual to push through everything. Totally in a league of his own. My all time favorite human❤️

      How is Curry a joker?, he got drafted by one of the worst teams in the NBA back in 2009. You are just being a hater for no reason.

    • @keslyjoseph1239

      @V P He had no other stars when he came in. Bad argument

    • @sidersproductions941
      @sidersproductions941 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @V P at least the first championship was built in house before they went and got KD and everybody else. All those guys were drafted and got better together.

    • @sidersproductions941
      @sidersproductions941 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @V P you still can't blame the Warriors on every one else's level of play. Now you're finding excuses. And you're not giving Curry enough credit for doing something that everyone has the opportunity to do. Arguably no one else has shot the ball better than Curry and even get his own shots. If you wanna be a hater cool but don't just discredit the fact that people aren't just born shooting the way this guy does. He worked hard and through weak ankles.

    I was reading this Kobe article on NBA.com ( www.nba.com/news/features/shaun_powell/kobe-bryant-los-angeles-lakers-became-michael-jordan-for-a-generation/ ) and it describes a young Kobe bryant in 1996 and says, "Kobe didn't play card games or socialize or really do any of that. Kobe would look at videos of basketball, being totally oblivious to any of the shenanigans Shaq might be up to that kept the rest of the team loose," recalls Harris. "He had no interest in anything except getting ready for the next day."
    And I thought to myself... damn...he avoided all that and that's as good as he was in his NBA career? Jordan played cards and definitely had a lot of fun. Considering the way Kobe was, he should've eclipsed Michael lolol. Michael did all the stuff he did and became as good as we saw him become. He would be even crazier with zero handchecking in 2018's NBA. Just imagine. We saw Kobe and LeBron's results with no handchecking. We have seen the very best of them. We know EXACTLY how good they are. But we never saw the BEST of Michael. Kobe is gREat and LeBron is gREat... but Michael is the gOat.
