Wilbur is the embodiment of a sleazy jazz villain, this song compliments his revival perfectly. The heavy piano, slow tempo, all mixed with extra sass feels like an overconfident genius in full control slowly approaching you, stalking you as he rises to power again. Also love the lyric, "Cus I am not your puppet no you cannot make me dance" at the end. The whole reason he was revived was because Dream was trying to get him to free him, but of course he's not gonna listen to him!
Wilbur is so cool. I love his chaotic neutral-evil persona. He's a genius and he's cunning. Somehow he's chaotic and calm all at once, and he has fluffy hair. Which isn't as interesting but I like his hair.

Well when /c Wilbur wears black (ex: when he got exiled from Lmanburg to Pogtopia) it usually means something dark and bad. However his actual mc coat was brown. And his other mc skin had a red beanie. So it is more of an interpretation or cannon design choice. (Interpretation being the black and cannon being the brown)
