Sir agar patni ki pehle do divorce ho chuki hai.. jo ki usne aur uske ghar walo ne nahi batai aur dono settlement mein acha khasa paise liya hai as per both settlement deed of court toh kya pati ko maintenance case mein kuch faida ho sakta hai... Agar case mein patni likh rahi hai ki uske pass paise nahi hai khana khane ko..

Sir my wife left Job just 2 days before argument date for maintainaince and tell in courts on argument day that she couldn't do job because of her mental illness that's why she left job without showing any proof of sickness, although she was doing job from last 2 years, and Double post Graduate M.tech & MCA, good salaried and even after good argument from my lawyer side, the court gave judgement in her favour and order maintainaince value, then what it means ???? And how could we tackle this ??? Please reply or else make some video regarding these things, why these one side decisions are given ?
And I know number of same type cases in which this has happened.

Wife DV case & interm maintenance, in application did not disclose her employment. In affidavit accepted employment but not submitted ITR & salary slip. I know her salary is much more then me. Remedy to decline interm maintenance, advise.
