Great job, professional equipment, excellent result, absolutely no complaints 😅. Time for you to come over to Europe and do the same 😉. Greets from GER, U.
I have been watching your channel a long time. I noticed 3 things about you fairly quick. You take great pride in doing an excellent job. 2. You have a genuine kind heart as evidenced by your dealings with your helper and the people with whom you work for. 3 You are a great dad - which to me is the MOST important of these 3 character traits of yours observed. . I started watching long before you started this particular series on helping people & not charging them. I knew you were a man of integrity & worth my time to be a "fan" of yours!! Please tell your son he also has a lot of fans out here!!
Thanks so much man. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kind words. Without support from people like you we wouldn’t be able to do these free lawns. It’s been quite a journey! Really appreciate the care and concern for my family. Hoping to get Tyler to stop in and say hi in a video soon!
I think the old man was really happy that someone so much stronger came to work alongside him - made his work go so much quicker. Humbling to meet someone like him, who don't like to take things for free, wanted to keep some dignity. He may have felt very sad that he wasn't as strong as he used to be, and could no longer keep up with the groundwork. I'm sure you helped him to feel that it was also a blessing to receive, as much as it is a blessing to give.
Wow, Brian! That was a crazy amount of edging. I can’t imagine how many days it must take that man to cut that with a small mower. By the time he gets it all done he must have to start again. I’ll bet he just kept looking at it in disbelief. He must feel like he won the lottery! What a wonderful gift you’ve given him. 😊🦋🕊
I don't know about anybody else watching this video, but I was just simply blown away by this transformation. It's a beautiful little neighborhood, and the fact that the homeowner came out and thanked you personally, touched me. So many times I see you guys working your butts off and never catch sight of the homeowner, and this man, you can tell, was truly, truly grateful for all that you did, and I'm sure all of us watching were thoroughly entertained by this video. Me, personally, I was hypnotized. He had pretty nice grass, so that made it even better. Again, thank you both for making the world a beautiful place !!!! Now, I think you both need a little R&R and maybe a break from those corner lots!
I once was doing a property and the woman next door asked if I could do hers. It was at least 10 inches tall and a big yard. I told her I had no time, but would mow it only, but not bag. Never a word from her. No thank you, nothing. Never seen a more ungrateful human in my 20 years landscaping. I never made that mistake again. It took me a good 45 minutes to do her yard for free and still had to complete the rest of my route for the day. Some folks...
@@tortillasarenotbiceps7622 I know, nobody is asking you to bow down, a simple ''thanks" would work. I fuss over my yard service, I'm out there every week with cold Mexican Cokes, which they love. I go outside and tell them to stop working I think it's too hot for them, they can finish up another time. They're human beings, like we all are, show them a little bit of appreciation. I see all these yard videos and sometimes it seems like the worst ones are the ones that never as much as bring out a glass of ice water, or pop out and say thank you, or offer a little cash for gas . I just don't get it. Doesn't it just automatically cross your mind to do something nice for somebody that's truly helping you out?
@@lisab.1595 If only everyone had that degree of common sense and decency, what a world it would be. I'm an empath, so that's how I think as well. We're even shocked when people tell us how nice a property looks because even that seldom ever happens and I've been a landscaper for 20 years. We do get an occasional drink which is nice. We have one older gentleman on the account I just did today who comes out every once in awhile and hands me a Tupperware container full of some sort of cake, cookies, chocolate, etc. I really can't eat that stuff, but the gesture is nice. I usually give it to my coworker. Another gentleman gives us Dunkin Donuts gift cards which is nice as well.
I never forget the time when we moved to our new house I decided to do the edging on the sidewalk and cut the grass. Did a fantastic job. When all was done, went inside the house, after a good shower, plopped my behind on the couch to watch TV and to my surprise. No Signal. I did not think of anything about it until my two next door neighbours asked me if I had TV signal because they too did not have signal... Apparently, I knocked 7 houses from my side. We called the cable company. Next day they came and found that I destroyed 50 feet of Coax Cable that was running on the edge of the sidewalk. Who would ever think that a cable company would run cable 1 inch buried next to the sidewalk? They did a temporary fix. I blamed them for being too lazy and not burring deep enough. 2 month later, there was a crew passing new pipes for the cable. lol
That old guy was outside with you the whole time weeding. You can tell he takes pride in his property. I imagine he used to keep it in pristine shape when he was younger and more able. Great that you two came along to give him a much needed hand. Hope you'll return to help him maintain it.
Absolutely the BEST one yet! We probably don’t really know how this may have changed this man’s whole way of looking at life. Sometimes losing control of the little things can be so overwhelming and depressing. Praying this gave him happy feelings he’ll go on to share with others. Oh my goodness! What a blessing you had to be for that old man out there pulling weeds! That HAD to be the equivalent of 4 properties! ALL that edging!! May God just bless you right back!!!

I love your channel! You are so kind and tender hearted. I grew up on a corner lot. 3/4 of an acre. I was in charge of edging from a pretty young age. We had sidewalk and curbing from the alley all the around the front of the house (ranch style and sprawling. There was also a sidewalk up to the front door. My brother and dad were in charge of mowing (no riding mowers in those days) and my mom was in charge of trimming around the trees, up against the house, and around the shrubs by hand. I also edged the back patio. We all were sweepers and rakers. It took the majority of every Saturday morning to accomplish. We had all St. Augustine grass. When it was done, it was beautiful. When I see your end results, it brings back fond memories. 🌸🌸
That’s so awesome Sheila! Thank you so much for sharing the story of Saturday mornings with your family! Glad to be part of helping to bring back fond memories! ☺️☺️👋
Awesome. This was a BIG job, and y'all knocked it out of the park. The homeowner was obviously grateful, and I think, is overwhelmed by the size of his yard. What a great transformation! You made a great impact for this gentleman because that is quite an undertaking for just one person. I'm sure the homeowner was thrilled to get a reset that would make it much easier for him to maintain it in the future. You guys are great!
Thank you for doing your free work at properties that people actually live at. Doing a job for real people that need it is what makes your channel superior to others. 👍
I've been watching you now for awhile and every time I'm so impressed with how you and Justin get thinks done im really glad he's back helping you you both work so well together I've noticed you've done alot of transformations and you guys are providing such a great service to your community and to those individuals who are fortunate to be the one whom receive the blessing of a clean yard you guys are awesome. Thank you so much Eleanor ☺️👋 always appreciate the kind words and supportive feedback!! And yes it’s awesome to be part of a good team!! Your support really is what allows us to do this work
I cant believe 50% basically of this video is of you edging!!! 🤤 its my favorite part of these videos..... soooo satisfying haha 😄 thank you! I found the mother load of the edging videos haha EPIC!!!!
It is an honor for me to be subscribed to this channel cuz I always find myself smiling while enjoying a well done job. A superb team, a group of committed and coordinated workers (I'm not referring only to Justin, but also to the shadow man who cleans the tools -oops! It's Justin's shadow, hehe-), and also the pride of enjoying doing this worked. Yep. An hour and twenty-three minutes of joy, distraction, generosity, enjoyment and above all teaching. Do good and don't look at who. I learned it as a child and I know it when I see it. This generates not only gratitude, which is not needed, but whoever receives the help learns to help others. That is why your community is very lucky, as are those of us who watch this channel: you are teaching us to be better people, to do things well, to help others and to enjoy doing it without expecting or wanting anything in return. ThanksBrian. Thanks Justin.
Hi maria ☺️☺️👋 thank you so much for always providing such kind feedback! Appreciate you sharing the stories you learned in childhood! Thank you as always for the support, we really couldn’t do this work without you!
From pregnant women everywhere thank you ! This satisfies my cleaning instincts when I have no energy left to actually accomplish anything. 4 days overdue and knee deep in grass videos for a while now. This is the best channel by far. 1. No bragging about how great you are for helping. Also no shame in business and charging a wage. 2. Excellent work ethic 3. A ton of experience 4. Joy in the work 👍👍👍
Just finished watching the whole thing. It must have taken you guys quite a while judging from how the shadows changed through out the day. Quite the improvement. :Big Thumbs Up:
This was amazing. The homeowner was so happy. Best he'd seen his place look since 1970. Wow! Cool the mailman said he follows your channel. This was a huge job. You & Justin went above and beyond on this one! Brought tears to my eyes at the end when you said you had finished the job when talking with the homeowner. He was so cute about his push mower and how you both helped him. You guys are the best.
That was a lot of yard for one home, the owner must have been ecstatic to get the help no wonder he couldn't believe it was free that's spot of work good job you both our great for helping people out ,no matter what I think you love corner lots!
Lol this one was definitely pushing the definition of corner lot!! And yes he was great, stayed out there and pulled weeds most of the time we were working!!
I watch quite a lot of lawn care videos because it interests me but this is a huge undertaking and it was executed flawlessly! U have the power and used it well. Congratulations on your well done work and dedication and especially your compassion! Truly one of the best videos out there!😅
Wow you guys did a great job cleaning & beautifying not only the yard but the entire street! Truly amazing what you guys accomplish in what seems to be a few hours. Keep doing great things my brother!

This was a tough one e but it didn't fight back too much. That Hustler machine should be named ( THE TANK ) It goes through dam near everything you thorough at it & it keeps on comming back for more. Please tell my buddy Tyler that I said hello ????? Well done again sir, stay well & safe + my best to your family, TMP from N.J.
That was a Bobby dazzler, the never ending edging of the pavements/curbs combo. I loved the colour of the house, the weather looked perfect and the whole neighbourhood just looked really lovely, with all the trees etc. What a great improvement, he was chuffed to bits 🌟
I never get bored of watching your video even it is long or what. It gives me a sense of relaxation that sometimes makes me feel sleepy but since i'm not through watching it i still try to keep myself awake. One night while watching your vlog and i'm already lying down in my bed, i've accidentally dropped my celphone and it hits me in my face because i'm really feeling sleepy and yet i still don't want to stop watching.😀
Keep in mind that you get hit by flying debris from both the edger and weed wacker. Always wear eye protection when doing this work. 20 years in and I've had everything from a metal flag rod shot into my toe to a roofing nail sticking in my leg for about 30 minutes. Ouch!!!
TNLC, brian- this video proves that you and Justin know how to take an abused and neglected yard, bring it's dignity, respect and pride of ownership to the owner. Great work!👍⭐⭐⭐❤️ Doug
I’m a new subscriber and just had to say what an amazing job you both did on this very large yard. The edging alone was ridiculous. You really helped out not only this man and this house but also the whole neighborhood. Incredible transformation.
Fabulous job!! That is a big lot! You and Justin really work well together. You always seem to pick those corner lots, they are always much bigger. Great video!
Lol 😂 We definitely like our corner life! And this one really takes the cake! Definitely awesome to be part of a good team, so glad you enjoyed it Janet
WOW what a beautiful difference in what looks to be a beautiful quiet place to live. Thank you for all you two do,, I'm sure you please many who look at such a great talent. Thank you
You do such incredible work. You can tell it comes from your heart by the end result. Sometimes I am just flabbergasted at the before and after pictures every single time. Your videos are a pleasure to watch. If it makes me happy watching, I can't imagine how happy the homeowners are. Thank you Brian and Justin!
Most of us older people grew up learning, "no one does anything for free," or "nothing in life is free, you have to work for it." My parents and i grew up in different times. Neighbors helped each other. If you needed something and a neighbor had no use for something they had, they gave it to you. We are in totally different times and not necessarily the best of times. A blade trimmer might have been easier on you than a string trimmer for edging, just a thought.
Brian, you and Justin work so hard. It’s fantastic! The homeowner was so appreciative and I saw him helping out too. I enjoy your channel. Take care. It seems traffic was slowing down to take a look also.
Brian, you put your heart and soul into every project you do but this one just tipped the scales. Thanks to Jason’s help it made it a tiny bit less daunting. It always amazes me when I watch these makeovers and none of the able-bodied people in the home or neighbors come out to help. I get it. People work or can't do all the jobs, they aren't trained in using the machinery and for insurance sake, it most probably isn't allowed but it doesn't take much to hold a bag for the grass or pull branches to the street or back of the truck for Brian to put in later. Even Sweeping. Grabbing ice-cold waters for them. It's heartbreaking for me to watch an elderly man bent over pulling weeds, in the heat, when young kids don't even help. All 3 of your work ethic is in the “You make me proud” Zone.
You both did a great job for the home owner. Watching all the work you both put into the transformation was outstanding. There was no way the homeowner could have done the job that you all did. Watching all the work you put into this transformation made me exhausted. Great Job.
100% TOP NOTCH LAWN FOR SURE!!! The dad and son A TEAM ❤️❤️❤️. Fabulous transformation Brian and Justin. Abundant Blessings to you and the family. ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
Your generosity Brian, at taking on these jobs with Justin is extraordinary, I guess sadly, that some people are cautious at these offers of “free” help, but this lucky guy has benefited enormously by your assistance, God bless you both 🙏 P.S. I was trying to guess the total length of edging, I reckon it had to be close to 1/4 of a mile, but probably felt like more 😆
Man this is one of the best transformations you guys have done. cant imagine how long it took! very rewarding. make sure you guys take care of your backs after. thank you
Brian, you outdid yourself on this one! Those edges turned out fantastic… and they just kept going & going!!! It was an enormous property and I can’t believe y’all got it all done in one day so cudos to you both. 👍👍👏👏👏👍👍
I absolutely love when you are talking and laughing in high speed. That totally makes my day 🤣 and thanks for another great video. I love to follow you guys.
Wow... for an "urban" property, that is a LOT of grass... and WAAAY more than his fair share of sidewalks to edge and maintain... more than half the video was edging! was wondering if You's'd ever run outta sidewalks... lol... also,.. sure seemed like his grass was really nice for being so overgrown... usually these kind of makeovers result in pretty ratty looking yards right after, but this one looks great! Nice Job! That's a TON of work!
Great job, professional equipment, excellent result, absolutely no complaints 😅. Time for you to come over to Europe and do the same 😉. Greets from GER, U.
Is it me or don't they edge in Germany?

WOW! You're an edging beast! I'm tired just watching!
What a great transformation! You made a great impact for this gentleman because that is quite an undertaking for just one person. I'm sure the homeowner was thrilled to get a reset that would make it much easier for him to maintain it in the future. You guys are great!
So glad you enjoyed it Heather! Yes he was very pleased!! Really appreciate the support
👍♥️ job well done !!!
Looks more like a park now. Awesome job! Alot of curb and sidewalk appeal! ♥️👍👍👍👍♥️
Keep up the great work and that yard turned out sweet! That corner probably hasn't looked that good in a long time, great job.
Thank you so much Eleanor ☺️👋 always appreciate the kind words and supportive feedback!! And yes it’s awesome to be part of a good team!! Your support really is what allows us to do this work
Finally, someone who edges and trims before they mow. I believe it ends up so much cleaner that way.
Me too. It's what I like to do with my lawn
You are the man, the myth, the legend. Sending you love & admiration from Michigan!
Lol 😂 thanks Nancy ☺️☺️👋 sending love in return 🥰
2. Excellent work ethic
3. A ton of experience
4. Joy in the work
👍👍👍
Just finished watching the whole thing. It must have taken you guys quite a while judging from how the shadows changed through out the day. Quite the improvement. :Big Thumbs Up:
This was amazing. The homeowner was so happy. Best he'd seen his place look since 1970. Wow! Cool the mailman said he follows your channel. This was a huge job. You & Justin went above and beyond on this one! Brought tears to my eyes at the end when you said you had finished the job when talking with the homeowner. He was so cute about his push mower and how you both helped him. You guys are the best.
Your both amazing what you do Top Notch great to see you. 💙💙👍👍
Always good to hear from you Gail! Hope everything is going well ☺️☺️👋
Nice work! Boy, your equipment got a good workout on that one...
Thanks so much man always appreciate
Hello Brian: Well you you did it again. You gave a piece of yourself to a gentleman that really appreciated you, your assistant, & your caring 😊 our fellow man ❤️ .
This is not your usual corner lot! It is a PENINSULA!
Lol 😂 Definitely taking “corner lot” to a whole new level!
Watching this video now.. Your a beast..that's a lot of edging and shoveling
That was a Bobby dazzler, the never ending edging of the pavements/curbs combo. I loved the colour of the house, the weather looked perfect and the whole neighbourhood just looked really lovely, with all the trees etc. What a great improvement, he was chuffed to bits 🌟
Your work Ethics is awesome. The change in this yard is almost unbelievable it upgraded this property probably 25%. You are once again awesome.
Awesome work! You certainly didn't need a gym after all the edging 😂 Well done!!! Love the channel and all the good you do! Much ❤ from Germany
Thanks so much!! Yes spring is definitely good for my health! Lol ☺️👋👋
Hello 👋 Estelle
How are you doing today?
@@alexoliver5652 i'm fine now😀
I'm amazed at how much you got done in a day!!That was a massive edging job.
Thanks Carol ☺️👋 Definitely a bit of sidewalk on this one!
Massive job guys!! It looks beautiful! The homeowner was so amazed!! Loved it!! Incredible edging!! ❤️
Thank you Ruth ☺️👋 It was great! He was very appreciative and stayed out while we were working pulling weeds
@@TopNotchLawns It’s wonderful when owners get right in there and work. Shows how much they do care about their yards. Thanks for all you do.
Well my dear you too did it again great job and thank you for helping a senior citizen you have made somebody happy again you have a good day hugs
I’m a new subscriber and just had to say what an amazing job you both did on this very large yard. The edging alone was ridiculous. You really helped out not only this man and this house but also the whole neighborhood. Incredible transformation.
I bet his neighbors were smiling in awe! It really does make the whole neighborhood look much nicer.
That is one bad ass trimmer. Like you were throwing some ninja moves on that tall grass.
An incredible job! You're a legend, Brian! The man was so happy and till the end he insisted in paying. You've got a great soul! Hello from London.
Hi Bia in London ☺️👋👋 Thank you so much for the kind feedback! And yes he was great, worked hard pulling weeds most of the time we were there working
Thanks so much Bren ☺️👋 Always appreciate the kind feedback and support! So glad that you enjoyed it!
You two are an amazing team. I enjoyed watching Justin anticipate your needs as much as the transformation. Great job!
Goodness! What a big job! You made that whole neighborhood sit up and take notice! You are truly an angel! 🥰
That’s a reality check when you see people living in those conditions 😞 Great work to try to better those kind of places 👏👏👏
You both did a great job for the home owner. Watching all the work you both put into the transformation was outstanding. There was no way the homeowner could have done the job that you all did. Watching all the work you put into this transformation made me exhausted. Great Job.
Great job done. That wee man was so happy he wanted to jump. Thank you for your kindness. Aileen 🏴❤️
Brian and Justin, well done! That homeowner was truly grateful for all you did for him. Thank you for helping him!
I was trying to guess the total length of edging, I reckon it had to be close to 1/4 of a mile, but probably felt like more 😆
Y'ALL ARE SUCH A BLESSING TO SO MANY ELDERLY, DISABLED,OR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY.... GOD BLESS Y'ALL ALWAYS, FOREVER....
Whew! That was a lot of edging! Great work! Loved that the homeowner was working too and really appreciated the help. You guys are famous😁
Great job guys. I'm sure the neighbors really appreciate it.
Hello dear how are you doing?
Awesome job Man I may not finish the whole video but awesome job
That’s OK man always appreciate your support
Another amazing video! Your son is a amazing worker just like his dad. God bless you for your wonderful acts of kindness! 🙏😇
Man this is one of the best transformations you guys have done. cant imagine how long it took! very rewarding. make sure you guys take care of your backs after. thank you
That looks amazing!!! That man was so happy and grateful!!!! ❤
Yet another fabulous job Brian and Jason. You have a genuine heart of gold. God Bless and keep you safe.
Yes this is the "mother" of all corner lots ...never seen so much curbs and edging required.. i can see why the homeowner does not do this
Lol 😂 Definitely takes corner lot to a whole new level!!
Can’t imagine how any city might expect a homeowner to maintain that much sidewalk. Looks beautiful now. Hello from Mound, Minnesota
Absolutely amazing. I am truly speechless. God bless you Brian and Justine. 👍👍👍👍
The driveway clean up takes years off the concrete! BRAVO! 🌼🌟🌻
Brian, you outdid yourself on this one! Those edges turned out fantastic…
and they just kept going & going!!! It was an enormous property and I can’t believe y’all got it all done in one day so cudos to you both.
👍👍👏👏👏👍👍
Wow. Simply...wow! That was a huge yard, but you and Justin really did an excellent job. Thank you for being so kind and caring.
You are Amazing Brian......
Fantastic job...... Really clean...
Welldone...... Best.... 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
What a transformation! Nothing short of amazing!! Great job guys!!!
Wow! That was a labor of love and kindness! Beautiful work, fellows! 💙
I absolutely love when you are talking and laughing in high speed. That totally makes my day 🤣 and thanks for another great video. I love to follow you guys.
Wow, I didn't think you were ever going to finish ALL that edging. As usual another great job. 🙂
Ever notice in these videos that you will see a random neighbor mowing their lawn along with you? Fantastic job as always!
🤩 Brian & Justin. Another 👍🏻 job from Father & Son. God bless you both. Have a nice weekend 😊
Wow... for an "urban" property, that is a LOT of grass... and WAAAY more than his fair share of sidewalks to edge and maintain... more than half the video was edging! was wondering if You's'd ever run outta sidewalks... lol... also,.. sure seemed like his grass was really nice for being so overgrown... usually these kind of makeovers result in pretty ratty looking yards right after, but this one looks great! Nice Job! That's a TON of work!
I think you are a great humanitarian and a great example of how people should be to those needing help.
Hello 👋 Lynn
How are you doing today
GREAT JOB GUYS...
GOD BLESS YOU BOTH FOR HELPING THIS PEOPLE THAT REALY NEED IT.👍👏
Beautiful!!!! Just beautiful!!😇🤗😊🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵🌹🌹🌹🌺🌺🌺🌻🌻🌻
