A short video from Birmingham New Street station on a wet saturday afternoon on May 24th. I was going to stay longer but there was a fatality shortly after I arrived at Stechford station, so I decided to head across to Moor Street and down the Chiltern line instead to London.
INCLUDES: Cross Country HST, Voyagers & Turbostar, London Midland 350's, 323's & 170's, Virgin Pendolino's and Arriva Trains Wales 158's!
You can hear the annoucements at the end about the person hit by a train at Stechford which meant no trains between New Street and International for quite a long time.

Excellent video. Can't believe how different the Wolves end of P1 looks with that new building. I worked at New St upto 2001 and it was still the old road-learning school and offices in an old brick building.

I use this station quite frequently now. But believe me never take the train from Bristol TM to Birmingham New Street on a Sunday evening, it takes forever
