Great workout. Some unsolicited pointers:- try to throw the cross without lowering it to load up. Instead used bodyweight to add power but try not to lower the your hand when throwing a cross. It leaves you open for a check hook. Once it become a habit, it's really hard to correct that habit. Instead it's wiser to reinforce technique and form into the habit from the start. All the best!
