Good for him, many people hating for no reason on him. Yes he asks tricky questions, but if he didn't people would call him boring or not watch his interviews.
He's a profesional, but also a psychopath who loves artificially creating conflicts between fighters. For example, Rory did not consider Mousasis remarks regarding being boring in interviews a low blow, he did not care about it (you may see in an interview with Rory), however in this interview Ariel told Mousasi that Rory took it as a low blow. I wouldn't call this and many other examples a true journalism, that's just a more sophisticated version of TMZ. He also has no understanding of the technique involved in the sport and rarely tries to cover the depts of the MMA business, so the audience is forced to listen about the shallow side of the sport mainly which is boring and promotes distorted view of how things really get done (what is really relevant) in MMA.
Rory actually did say he considered the comment a "low blow" in jest, then laughed about how he couldn't help but like Mousasi. Gegard just returned the sentiment here. Ariel understands the context and did nothing geared toward trying to incite hostility between these guys.
Josh Nagel, yeah, I understand it was more of a joke type of question made by him, but it looks as if such jokes comes from his habbit igniting fire between fighters which he often does.

Rj MMA edits The best fighter he beat in the UFC is Weidman. Before that he lost to every top fighter he had faced...lost to Jacare, got destroyed; and got styled all over by Machida.

When he was fighting he rarely showed emotion and would walk into the octagon without only calm. It's great to see him with such a cool personality, all it took was for UFC and the haters to pile on him and get him to start feeling again.

Love this guy but to say Rory's not a technical fighter isn't accurate. MacDonald is quite literally known as a technical fighter who can do it all...with the heart the size of a small car. Going to be tough for Rory to go up a class and immediately challenge a champ like Gegard though. Can't wait for this one.

Right now would have been Mousasi's best shot at winning UFC gold more than any other moment in time. The wrestlers and others have faded and he matches up very well against Whittaker. It's a real shame WME couldn't keep him around.
