Hey, is it possible to do this without a clear scan. Like the piece of paper I have is old and has been photocopied a few times so it has imperfections. Is there a way to remove those imperfections. Also the document has columns. I don't know if there is a way to clean it up or if I just need to go convert it all manually by hand.

Unfortunately the back ground music is distracting and annoying . The image used to illustrate a manoeuvre needs to be made bigger so those of us with visual impairment can actually see what is being clicked. Apart from this caveats the video is simply explained. I have to try it yet. However two issues need to be addressed. How much does using google drive cost? Secondly are there privacy and data protection issue when uploading to a web OCR site ?

Friend, They can not if you are using your own PC and not installed any tracking software from your company. Generally quality checking is not done on your whole work, they usually do it on few pages and they generally do it manually. Use some cam scaner apps scan page by page. You can save final doc as PDF or JPEG images. If you want to make it editable, you need to follow the one of steps in this video.

It's very useful... I tried it using MS Onenote and it worked good but only the thing is text is not coming in order as per the image.....

Online free OCR shown in this video is safe only, but if supersensitive data...pls use one note method.

If you do it in your pc, they can not track. Use indigo mode.
If you work on company PC and company network they may track you.

They are not working for me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It does not show me the option to only copy the text on one note.
1. Right click and Select language.
Then see if you get language option.
2. Try with some other clear text image just to confirm if things are working.

Use some cam scaner apps scan page by page.
You can save final doc as PDF or JPEG images.
If you want to make it editable, you need to follow the one of steps in this video.

How to edit scanned by Cam scanner book of pdf into MS Word?
Brother, this methods works for your need, but you need to do it page by page manually. The accuracy of outcome depends on quality of image file that come out of CamScanner or any similar app.

You can but it will not be editable. If you want it to be editable you have to do it manually one by one.
