    There is literature from Elii Lilley that after such a substantial weight loss that the body really feels it and tries to slow you down ie tiredness if you push past it and restart 7.5 the tiredness goes by itself
    I researched it because the exact same thing happened to me my Dr. Persuaded me to stay on 7.5 and a couple of weeks the tiredness vanished

I have a feeling that my bloods are going to come back normal despite the fact that I’ve convinced myself I’m anaemic and nutrient deficient so I think you’re probably right about that tbh x I am hoping that I’ll be able to push through it and hopefully when I go back onto 7.5mg I’ll feel better from an appetite suppression perspective as well 🥰

    lovely to see you! Very proud of your progress! I find that upping my protein helps with hunger. Hunger is natural, as long as it is true hunger. If it is, then eat a little protein. Your work shift is really impacting you too. I work 10.5 hour shifts and protein bars and shakes help when I just don't have time. So yeah, if you are not eating enough and you are hungry, that tells me that going up to 7.5 is not the answer! If you race to 15mg you have nowhere left to go. And your body will adjust to the highest dose. You can focus on making your meals nutrient dense, and making sure you are getting enough protein. This is a marathon, not a dash. Your gym devotion is commendable! But it also drains your energy. So you can afford to up your food intake! ❤ keep at it! This is how you dial it all in. Trial and error. Plus you are losing weight, so I really hope you think long and hard about upping your dose. The stress of money insecurity will take a toll. I wish you the best of luck on your job search. You are very determined, so I feel confident you will be successful in the job search. 🌹😘

Yeah I think I just got used to not being hungry at all, so I forgot that hunger is completely normal 😂 I am worried about maxing out on the doses, my plan was to stay on 7.5mg for a few months if they let me but if I can make things better in the next two weeks on the 5mg then I might just stay on the 5! It’s slightly cheaper as well aha. 💰It’s so difficult to try and think long term but I agree I don’t want to move up too quickly!

    Next time you go to your doctor, ask to have your ferritin levels checked. This is the amount of iron that is stored in your body. Low ferritin definitely causes fatigue. And check your B12 as well. If your ferritin is anything lower than 75 you are low in iron. If you take the iron, just make sure to take it with 1000 mg of vitamin C so it absorbs if you happen to be low

      lol it’s because you’re in a calorie deficit and the body is turning down the BMR to try to compensate and it makes you feel

      @@ascendinglovecoach5767 Thank you! I asked the GP but they said they’ll see what my Hb is then do those if it’s low, I need to ring and check up because they said they’d contact me with results but it’s been two weeks and I’m starting to wonder if they ever hit the lab 😩🤔

    Well done on your weight loss so far that's a big achievement. I'm at the end of my first month and i've only lost 3 pounds which is disappointing. Hopefully on the 5mg things will start moving.

      @@zephyrsky__ I think I’ve been really lucky so far tbh, I think it’s really variable how much weight people lose and how your body responds - although I did start losing weight on the 2.5mg, it is only meant to be a loading dose to get your body used to it so although it’s frustrating please hang in there! 🫶🤞🏻 My friend recently started on the 2.5mg and only lost 1lb in the first month, hopefully as it builds up in your body you will start to see results! 💫

    It’s really difficult to gain muscle whilst in a heavy calorie deficit. I would prioritise strength training for now over a stair master challenge. At least until your happy with your muscle mass

      @@Ife17 Yeah I definitely need to eat more, and I’m still doing my arm/leg days at the gym I’ve just added the stairmaster in to try and build my stamina up! I’m going to try the machine at the gym that is meant to tell you your muscle mass to try and see where I’m at! 💪

      If you live in the UK you have to pay £170 a year to watch UK tv, it funds the BBC

      they tax brits on everything. tvs, windows, fireplaces (that might be outdated)... so the license to have and watch TV is basically a tax.

      @@DelilaRodriguez In the UK you have to pay to watch TV, and if they find out your address hasn’t paid for a TV license then they send you letters and can come out to your house to investigate. It’s a bit strange, I think they might be getting rid of it in the next few years but for now I have people coming knocking lol 😂😅😩

    I bought ozempic (living in Sweden) for 110 pounds. And the start dose is 0,25 mg 4 weeks, then 0,5 mg for another 4 weeks and after that 1,0 g. Im confused that in Uk and Usa the dose is up to 7mg!?

      Hello, for Mounjaro the doses are different- you start at 2.5mg for a month, and then can increase in 2.5mg increments up to 15mg! For Ozempic/Wegovy etc the doses are different that’s why it’s confusing! ☺️

      @@AimeeMayMJhaha I was too. It’s just half the pen again, because that would give you 7.5mg (The whole dose is 60 clicks, so then it’s 30 in your second injection would make 7.5)🤷🏼‍♂️ if I can do it anyone can 😂 congrats on the weight loss btw, you’ve done amazing!
