- Jewelry charms that can be used as dollhouse miniatures from Hobby Lobby. I always love going through the charm aisle to see what charms I can use as miniature items. For many of these charms all you have to do is remove the hook/loop at the top to make it into a miniature.
I purchased a cute set of resin buttons shaped like purses (all different styles on one card) at Hobby Lobby. They are painted very nicely (and I’m picky.). If you cut the shank off the back and throw one on the bed or propped against a chair, they are very realistic looking.
Great idea! Buttons also can make great miniatures!
I can't believe this never occured to me. I have purchased quite a few charms, but never thought about using them for my dollhouse. Thanks so much. I hope you are able to buy many. Watching in Oklahoma, Barb
Hi Barb! Happy I can give you some new ideas for dollhouse miniatures! ❤️
very nice, but perhaps move the camera a bit slower. hard to follow.
Yes I agree. Next time 👍
So many interesting themes of charms. It’s like a kid in candy shop for crafters. Thank you for sharing this shopping tour. Your choices were perfect for your projects.
Thank you! I love seeing all the cute charms at Hobby Lobby!
Я хотела бы жить в этом магазине! 😂
Как жаль, что у нас нет такого большого выбора всяких мелких интересностей! 😢
I wish I could live here too 😂
My dolls dont need any money (coins) they are freeloaders!
Those charms are all so cute.
🤣
ALL our stores combined, would not have that amount of selection and variety.
It's a desert out there when it comes to shopping craft supplies of any kind. =(
Wow! This is a good reminder of lucky we are to have all the selection at hobby lobby
The shop looks amazing...wish we had a hobby lobby here in uk
It’s such a cool store to buy art supplies! Hopefully there are similar near you
Take a drink every time the word charm is used 😂
🤣
wow . they are all miniature .Sad that my country does not have Hobby Lobby
Yeah it’s sad they do not sell in other countries
I thought you were going to show how to remove the ring from the charm, but thanks for the hints!
I should do that in a future video, thank you fir the idea!
I make silicone molds of some of the miniatures, and that way, I can make more with UV resin!
That is a great idea 👏✨
@@NotoriousCrafts so this is a little bit different of an idea than what you are doing, but I went to the dollar tree yesterday and they had these little miniature doll houses for little girls. They’re plastic and I bought a couple and they come with two little people and just a little assortment of furniture but it’s all plastic but I thought. “I wonder if I could paint this stuff and add some little tiny fabric pieces here and there and make it look more realistic”. I’m gonna try it and see what happens. ☺️
I never thought of this! Thats pretty smart thank you for the tip! Those swords actually would work perfect for my action figure displays too!
Glad I could help!
Great idea!
Thanks!!
Beautiful.💖
Thank you!

Of course! I’m always happy to share my tips for finding miniatures 💕
1:12 scale?
Depends on the charms. Many were 12th scale. Some 1/24
