Inspire Her Mind 2015

The fastest growing jobs in the United States are requiring knowledge and proficiency in STEM fields. When the STEM fields are often dominated by men, Dr. Pamela Clute, Special Assistant to the Dean of UCR, tells young women of Riverside Unified School District that they can excel in STEM just as effectively as men. RUSD's comprehensive high schools each brought groups of young women who aspire to be professionals in the STEM fields at Bourns Engineering in Riverside.
