I am getting Married this year and i told my bride to be that i wanted to make our wedding rings. I feel it will make them extra special. I have been trying to figure out how to mount a faceted stone to her ring. When I seen this video it was like a ton of bricks was lifted off my shoulders. I cant thank you enough!!!!! keep up the awesome tutorials!

I had been searching for years for how to wire set faceted stones, how to make prongs, etc. without soldering. I'm so happy to have come across your channel. Now I can confidently configure the plan I drew years ago!

Oh my goodness! This is the best claw setting tutorial ever. I got beautiful results on my first attempt, using round wire too. Its even gorgeous on the back. This will be my go-to setting from now on. I can finally use all of my pretty diamond cut gems that I've been hoarding. Thank you!

I love your mellow teaching voice, and your clear concise teaching style.
I attached my basket to a ring and loved it. It took me three tries before I was completely satisfied with the procedure and the outcome. That being said I would love to see you make a video showing how you would tackle the process.😍

I admire your videos so much you explain and demonstrate everything to a T. It would be satisfying if all videographers would take a page from your book on how to demonstrate how to do a project, there would be less mistakes made and jewelry would turn out the first time. Thank you for the wonderful video's!

Hey folks! I just used this for silver-filled, with 22 g in round wire, and it totally still works. I think it would also work with 24, but I wouldn't go below that. (Maybe 24 for a small stone?) Round wire is trickier because you won't have as sharp a bend and it won't snap together as cleanly as square, but it's doable.
