Can the education minister clarify who is advising him. He have no clues on what he was talking about...So a student can skip exam, if he wants to and still be marked as pass...quality of education will be a big big issue for the Papua New Guineans..

Minister Dekena, ECHE and teacher inspections cannot fix or promote quality oof education. This is to give more certificates to so many who just don't deserve. We infact are looking at quantity education.
