What happens when they complete their Grade 12 exams? Universities in PNG have limited spacings so I wonder what will become of the students if they are not selected to Tertiary Institutions? Minister is giving out cheap excuses🤦 What I am seeing from this policy is a Government trying to milk its citizens by coming with money making schemes like such so everyone is going to be taxed by this Government for the benefit of the MPs

Minister Dekena, ECHE and teacher inspections cannot fix or promote quality oof education. This is to give more certificates to so many who just don't deserve. We infact are looking at quantity education.

Education Minister, I as a parent of a grade 10 student I would like to support your statements because grade 12 certificates will allow our kids to become a security, janitor or even further their education. Grade 10 certificate nowadays is just like a support plain paper. But on the other hand, kids are to be disciplined by their parents and must be law keepers and must have Ethic values.
