19:21 - 23:42 are all these roads 30? because I can't see a 20 sign anyway

If you can't see any signs it is 30mph but doesn't mean you should be speeding to 30. Your speed should be 24 to 25mp as there parked cars. Also if there's bigger and long road it is 30mph.
