- Part 2 of Making an Ephemera Folio
In this video we will put on the paper and pockets of our folio and give it a little bit of embellishing.
This is a great little project to give away in a swap, happy mail, or RAK. Also makes a cute little hostess gift or use in place of a greeting card and place a gift card inside with some note cards.

Supplies used:
1 file folder
misc. scrap cardstock to make pockets
2 (12x12) sheets of decorative paper
distress ink
embellishments
ruler
scissors
glue
pencil

Now for the fun part.... decorating
I have been looking for something to make for the homeless, that can include cards with bible verses and self-help quotes. This is a craft project that many older folks in gov housing would love to help make also. I will try to rally a few folks to help put $5 in too. I really appreciate the video!

First of all... who could possibly downvote this??? I don't get it.
Anyway....
So, after watching you, I made one of these. Of course, what did I do? Made the very first cut wrong! That's ok. We adapt, don't we? It's all done, far from perfect, turned out well and I cannot wait to make another one. I'm giving this one to my best friend as her birthday card. The next one will be for my mom. I'm putting pictures of kids, grandkids and great-grandbaby on the tags. Thank you so much for teaching me how to do this. You have wonderful style, taste and talent. I love how you love on people. If you want to use only one piece just glue the paper on after pockets are made and glued down and the little bit extra can go under the pocket edges to look like a full piece underneath. Love this idea and how you explained everything
I had no intentions of making an ephemera folder, but these turned out so cute! Oh dear! Now I have to make one. Very classy looking!

I would suggest you could simplify the process by cutting both sheets of paper at the same time for your initial cuts.
I have been trying to journal with file folders/envelopes but part one & two has got me hooked. Can't wait for tomorrow, going to pull all my supplies out. Thank You so much! what an inspiration you are.
