I am getting prepared for GRE physics test these days to get into a graduate program. This video inspired me to keep going, thanks

What’s the point of post docs? It just seems unnecessary. I don’t like to travel and that’s a given in astronomy. I applied for a physics PhD and hopefully I won’t need to do a post doc. Looking to get into Mathematical/Theoretical physics btw. Astrophysics, although a passion of mine, is just too competitive.

You mentioned at one point that you basically end up as a programmer while doing your PhD, what languages do you primarily use in your research?

I've heard GRE's are being phased out, especially the Physics GRE and to stay away from schools that require them.

It's all about finding the cheat codes to slay each level boss along the way.

Hello, this is Hersh oza from India. I'm 13 and a half and have been interested in astrophysics since I was 8. I have done a lot of research on the same and have started preparing already. Just not sure what sources to use. I am hoping someone could help. Thanks
