I have saved this video and will refer to it time and time again! Also loved the little tidbits nobody else has ever passed along like changing the cell margins and spacing between lines. Bravo!

Can this method of creating labels be used with different size labels, such as with Avery label 5366 or 5262? Your video was very clear and easy to follow. Thank you
I have continue to use your Mail Merge tutorial to produce my labels….always works….except the one time I used italics in one of the Excel fields. Although all the text in each cell was in italics, when merged with the Word Mail Merge program, the italics were not recognized and the font was the normal Arial type…just as you see in this note. If there is fix or work-around for this issue, could you make a video about it? All TH-cam searches just deal with number formats or converting numbers to text….Thank you very much…

@ChesterTugwell... or any. Can you give me tips of why the moment I export the Excel list into Word it only shows me 1 (ONE) page with names on the labels layout? I have more than 1000 names to print but it only shows the first 30.!!!!!! Please help me. What am I doing wrong???
If one adds a column for print qty, is it possible to map the functionality to print more then one label per row of data based on the cell value in that colum for that row? 🤞
Since you are so knowledgeable in both Excel AND Avery, I have an Excel Sheet where, through an AD-on (QR4Office), I have generated QR Codes specific to each Excel Line. Would the Mail Merge function permit the associated QR Code to be merged into each label as well? I see in your example the 6 Fields of Text that you have merged sequentially to each label on the the left side of the labels. Can a generated QR Code be imported and placed on the rights side say through a designated framed box or other placement technique? Great videos by the way!!

Question--why did only 30 insert into the 1 page of labels? I actually have 37 addresses in the document?

My Avery 5160 labels are 4 columns across. When I print, the left column is "squished" How do I correct this?
No fuss. Other videos were nearly 20 minutes long and I thought, it can't be that hard. It isn't.
I get right up to Preview Results and draw a blank page. Any ideas?

Create the appropriate number of copies in excel by duplicating the row.
This only created the first page which contains 30 labels. I have to print 334 addresses. Where are the rest of the labels?
