Muzammil's frustration with the country's ethics and work eco system can be seen peaking in this video, The reason he couldn't let go of naeem without getting a solution of the critique. Muzammil you're absolutely right to be honest and every emotionally intelligent person in the country is facing the same.
Thank you so much for the podcast muzzamil, I'm 23yr young boy struggling in UAE and after investing 2hr and 40mins in your podcast I'm now full of patience. Keep up the good work hopefully we'll gonna meet somewhere any future. Lot's of wishes for you and for Naeem Sikander ❤
Muzammil, brilliant conversationalist as always. Seems like a lot of confusion between ethics, skills building, mentoring and professional development and mixing it all with only defining success with money again! Muzammil is great about social impact and exploitation. Keep it up👍. Things needs to be more institutionalised and build on professional developmental approach, with less promise for just money but better social impact and quality of life.
I admire the patience that Muzammil shows regarding TBT, and I think the main reason for this patience is the development of a core audience. He wants to assess the number that he can pull WITHOUT using shorts/reels to lure people into the long-form. I might not agree entirely with the approach but I for sure respect it. I think Shorts/Reels are necessary not because they make your content viral-worthy, but because they are a very effective way to lure a viewer into watching the long-form. I would be very interested however, in studying the average watch time of a viewer that was lured in via short-form, and compare it to a viewer that has organically been watching TBT's long form podcasts regularly like clockwork. I am sure that the short-form consumer would move out of the video after a while because his/her appetite is not adjusted to that kind of content. Nevertheless, very very interesting discourse. I had the pleasure of meeting with Muzammil bhai on a dinner we hosted at IBA where he compered at an Engro conference. Can't wait to meet again and learn from him.
An absolute gem of a podcast. I’ve listening/watching your podcasts for awhile but commenting for the first time. Let’s connect when you are back in Dubai.
Great conversation. Loved it. Jeetay rahiye, sada khush rehiye aap dono (Muzzamil & Naeem). Not all that giltters is gold and even if it is, running after it without assessing, analyzing and planning, is akin to shooting yourself on the foot, crumbling down crashing on the floor.
Hats off to you, Muzammil. It felt like you were speaking my sentiments on the state of affairs in our tech/e-commerce/freelancing/training ecosystem. Glad to see others sharing such views, rare as we may be in the industry.
2:14:30 Golden Words. Long game. Macro Micro perspective. I vote for another podcast with Naeem Sikandar and starting from 'Long Game' & 'Misguided Incentives'. Also we need to talk about those who are selling BS on youtube about making money online by doing little to no work.
abhi koi bhi I.T ka cheeta nahi hay..sub trick base..follow the method type..skill base taalib ilm hain..khud ka apna banaaya howa tareeqa kisi ka nahi hay..sub seekh rahay hain..aapkay mehmaano ki guftugu bohot aaala hoti hay..alag tarah ka seekhnay samajhnay ko milta hay..bohot shukriya
I know naeem for a long time may be back in 2014-15, he was little involved in small workshops of KDP. Surprisingly he miserablity failed to show the maturity and dragged the content so long. I wasn't expecting at least. However, muzammil is an excellent podcaster and grilled the opponent where it needed.
Naeem having done so many podcasts himself seemed so lost. I was expecting a bit of intellectualism from him. Money cannot buy intellectualism or vision.
Its 4:45 Am in US and I cant stop listening Muzammil thoughts, his thinking process was beyond. love the way he talk every single word has a meaning. He is an artist of asking questions.
During the negotiation, I stumbled upon an engaging podcast by Muzamil called Points Questions. It completely captivated me, prompting me to pause my work. Sending lots of love to Muzamil for such a fantastic podcast!
Thanks for the podcast guys. Muzammil you have to make a direction to your questions. Is this guy a success business story? what has been his impact for Pakistan? two different directions... Some of his past practices are questionable and condemnable but at the same time he proved to be a successful amazon business. Why didn't he go for training other people? it didn't make business sense to him, makes sense. His point that people who did nothing are trainers, is absolutely right. There is a difference between trainer and teacher. The problem is Pakistan is that we want to see an entrepreneurial wave (IT backed/based) everywhere in 2 years. That doesn't work. Businesses are created in decades. We can talk about all other eco systems but not acknowledge that there is a business ecosystem as well. It will take time (a decade), go through waves and cycles, there will be No.1s, 2s, 3s and 4s and so on. There will be big industries and there will be cottage industry. I think the process has begun. There will be learning, failures and success.
The problem with Extreme Commerce and Enablers is that they charged 1 thousand dollars for the training which is available free of cost on different platforms. They failed to provide value which they committed. They sell false dreams.
Naeem was saying the exact things, to get few students and make them successful slowly rather than going fast like EC or Enablers and Muzammil coundlt understand this simple thing.
Muzammil is absolutely right. when you move at the higher scale. You get very few students who have a background which help them to get the thing you are providing. Most of the student's background is not enough to get the thing you are providing.
Yes Maturity , consistent and persistence leads mastery in skills right Now Naeem Skinder should contribute his experience to Pakistani youth like Muzammal
Amazing podcast, no long drive is complete without your podcast, i think the crux of this coversation is our fundamentals are wrong, we chose all the rights things for all the wrong reasons, and the wrong things for the right reason.
Muzzamil as always is the best prodcaster of Pakistan, very ethical, progressive and gentleman to the core, love your prodcasts from India, keep up the good job
To answer Muzamil's question. Just like universities where trained teachers teach the course work who are expert in teaching but they maybe not experts in there relevent fields. So universities invite field experts in seminars to give insight on real life experiences. The coaching of freelancing should also works in this manner.
Welldone Muzamil & Naeem you are thought leaders! At least many young boys who want to leave degrees and cursing their parents to start a amazon business will have a good lesson from this podcast...welldone Muzamil. "جب تک لالچی لوگ زندہ ہیں نوسرباز کا کاروبار بند نہیں ہو گا" Our University college students dont want due life process as their fathers build in their respective fields, Everybody searching for easy ways of earning...Muzamil you better know how this will change in Pakistan Especially.
I do listen to some podcasts once a week. But rarely comment... Bara ajeeb scene lgta hy mjhy wese k Muzammil ya Mooroo type logon k subscribers itny km q, like what is wrong with us. I think more people should come out and show support, Jo bnda sedhi straight simple bat krta hy with facts and logics, usky k lye. And yes anyone can have a different opinion but give solution, or some facts. manjan ni cheye :D Anyways, Big fan of your work Muzammil, great thoughts, great personality, would love to meet someday.
amazing podcast, Naeem bhai thank you for sharing really great insights about amazon. Thank you for brain stroming on munjan sellers, education system and putting light on what we actually need to learn. long term game
Superb Maa'sha'Allah. Very good knowledge for youngsters. You both did great guys , outstanding podcast. I want to say you something, maybe people will laugh at me , please brothers my request is ,when you come on screen then please don't use bad words please ( don't mind this) thank you.
Sorry to say, this guy doesn’t have any moral values. Making tons of money is not a criteria of success. Quite frankly, I couldn’t take it after 35 minutes in to the podcast. Unfortunately, being a moral and ethical person in Pakistan is labeled as stupid and the corrupt as street smart. I hope we have more people participating in your show to whom our young generation can look as their role models.
Naeem would won mins and hearts if would have said because i regret it and i just to make up and pay back for what i got at that yime, i helped 10 or 100 students to get scholarship or paid for it so when they become something someday, they can continue this chain. but he was brave enough to accept the element of corruption in his personality as default
That really got me lol. I thought he would admit it's wrong but apparently this is 'street smart'. Like, I get you understand how the system works. But that doesn't mean you topple over others to get an unfair advantage. Doesn't make him any different from the corrupt businessmen or politicians at the end of the day...
Well, I am Syed, PhD student in USA, spent almost two hours in your podcast. I came to know about Nameem Sikandar from the Podcast he did with Sunny bhai. What I felt is Naeem Sikandar is another competitor getting launched in Pakistani Market to compete Sunny bhai and Saqib Azhar, the way both of you were highlighting theor mistakes. My question to Naeem Sikandar is why not you started training when you became successful in 2012. Well, the first part of Nameem sikandar is amazing as he developed himself through scholarship savings the same story of every scholarship holder. The second part is all about the discussion about EC and Enablers. I was expecting the discussion about your achivements. I would say Sunny bhai is not Amazon guy only, but the mentor as well. He has spent million dollars to build his eco system and earning from that system. If you have the courage to spend such amount, why don’t you wanna start your eco system? I could add more, but….
Naeem and Muzamil while I do appreciate your courage to talk about this bitter reality of our talent running blindly for these fake money making 'munjun', however, with all my due respect brothers, you both have equally contributed to that by inviting and selling the products of stock trading and amazon munjun sellers.
Meh..One of the things that we see in youngsters now a days is lack of morality and ethics. Parents should teach their kids the difference between what is ethical and moral, and what is unethical and immoral. The notion that I am getting from the guest is that he seems to think personal success is important even at the expense of others.
sir Muzamil ma aj pahli dafa ap ka channal per randomly land kar gya laqn qasam kar ka kata hu sir ap ny ankhay khol di meri mugay seriously hila ka rakha dya hai ma gurantee sy ka sakta hu ka agar ko person ap ki video pa land karta hai or us ka pass thori bhoot b samaj hai toh vo ap ka channal subscribe kiye bagir ya ap ki koii video miss karna chaye ga asa possible nahi hai bs apni isi tara effort daltay rahy jo b sunay ga toh ak khals ak mindset lay ka niklay ga thanks a lot
Sorry muzamil but naeem didn't understand your questions and not responded as he supposed to but you had driven the conversation very well.. Naeem mostly do over acting, nor smelling natural.
Hi, a humble suggestion, please re position your Mics in a way that it does not cover the guests' or your own face. Your content is really great but all your videos have the faces covered. Thanks
Tbt is my fav podcasts. But in every podcast I noticed that Muzamil speaks alot as compared to the guest but in this podcast Naeem was continuously speaking in the start. But when the discussion start about enablers and extreme commerce. Muzamil didn't let him speak.😂
Bhai osny 3 li hh tu woh es time es stage pay hh. 1 Wala hh koi aesa Jo es stage pay ho es lieye 3,3 lo ur successful bno oski bad ki baty souny piyary more than 3 billion PKR ka business sell keiya
This guy naeem sikandar is nothing just a over actor! i thought this conversation could be useful but unfortunantly im dissapointed! all i could here about was usnay ghalat kia usnay sahe kia mene bhe yeh kia mene us k baad yeh kia thats it !! he is only talking about me!! wakeup bro! you aint no shahrukh khan. jab us level pe pohnch jaao tb btana. abhe you only run your podcast which you built by begging on sponsored ads and paying to youtube for marketing! lol
The thing you said you will not have a success story podcast again, because of the that effect that it pushed people mind to chaka thing was deep 💭. Haven't realise this until you said it. But I still think it really give us a lot of exposure to different aspects of many businesses and life and many other things. May be you should conversation topic and questions or try something else, I don't know, just saying that it also had a positive side.
Muzzamil, you were talking about the problem what went wrong was the simplest thing that you mentioned. These bigger Guys like Enablers and Sunny Ali, had great previous industry knowledge and co-operated with ethical things and norms. But when it went to course selling and making money, they actually stepped down to the part of making technical being available to everyone first. If they have chosen the right path of making ethics, norms, and other factors which in return will not make the money fast the community it would have built for the first 10k would have made a better industry. Talking about the problem statement and how to solve it. Just Take some courses on ethics, and norms, and co-operate working as a first part of course selling. Unless they pass that no technical training will be given. Of course, impossible but that will not save money, and the same applies to the previous one. start issuing a particular batch or course number from where they can be identified as the complete trained person. only then they are equal to international standards but no one will do it as the money game is also slow this way but this is the ultimate need.
Thanks, muzzamil, for this podcast. In my opinion, all people, like Enabler and Extreme Commerce, are frauds selling nothing. The guy who was on your podcast said he had sold a lot of books (copy-paste ones). It seems like he was proud, but I think he should be ashamed.
"As a society, Subconsciously, Everybody inherently FOMO ka mareez hai " Muzammil Hassan 2023. Kia baat ker di tu ne bhai. derya ko koozai main band ker dia
Good good good conversations. I enjoyed this podcast. Great to see we realize and we are identifying problems. But solution nahi hay - at least yet. But always happy to listen to ppl talking about tech and business in a rational, realistic and critical way.
01:57:00 University teachers can teach fundamentals fine. But when it comes to teaching high end practical knowledge, such teachers cannot. e.g. my uni teacher can teach me Data Structures and Algorithms perfectly But when it comes to 'Deploying my application to AWS, securing my APIs using latest measures, starting my journey on Upwork', in such situations, university teachers fail and we need to go for such people who have practical experience in the industry. Same goes with eCommerce, learning fundamentals are very easy. You can do it on Udemy, VBC etc. But when it comes to real product launch, there should be a mentor who is already been through such process.
@@qalabeabbas6114 There are 2 ways to do a thing. 1: Do, make mistakes, figure out solutions, learn from them. 2: Learn from someone else's mistakes, do. And if this is handholding for you, then there is nothing wrong in handholding. You can use someone else's experience to be successful. This is why there is consultation industry. Let me give you an example. If I want to start a youtube channel, I'll learn basics from youtube like youtube studio, SEO, thumbnails etc. But when it comes to growing my channel, I'll go to Ali Abdal, Muzamil Hasan etc to take consultation for growing my channel. Even Mr. Beast consult with Paddy Gallowy who has done some exceptional research on TH-cam Algorithm.
Very decent discussion, no shouting or typical bad behavior even though there was difference of opinion between both of you. Keep up the learning and critical thinking...

Muzzamil as always is the best prodcaster of Pakistan, very ethical, progressive and gentleman to the core, love your prodcasts from India, keep up the good job
After a long time someone said what I wished to come out from influencers. Thanks Muzammil
this podcast is more useful than many courses being offered online
Thanks for this valueable content ❤❤🎉
I appreciate the concept of Naeem Sikander ✨
i stand with muzzamil for not making shorts . this will dilute the brand you took a stand
Amazing story…. Listening during my job and i enjoy a lot ..

Such an amazing podcast... please muzammil bring more podcasts like this....and one more with Naeem too please
I do listen to some podcasts once a week. But rarely comment...

This was a good discussion!
Naeem bhai and Muzammil are both great.... we are to respect them both 😊
amazing podcast, Naeem bhai thank you for sharing really great insights about amazon. Thank you for brain stroming on munjan sellers, education system and putting light on what we actually need to learn. long term game
Muzamil has a good analytical mind... he is 100% ryt... slow n steady with strong bases is the key to a sustainable success...
So interesting. Actually marketing is manipulating the needs of consumer. Manipulators are always more successful than people working ethically.
Easy come, easy go. Wonderfully put.
Superb Maa'sha'Allah. Very good knowledge for youngsters. You both did great guys , outstanding podcast. I want to say you something, maybe people will laugh at me , please brothers my request is ,when you come on screen then please don't use bad words please ( don't mind this) thank you.
Multan waly bhai is sir Tanveer nandla and he goes above and beyond to ensure success. no doubt about that.
I hope we have more people participating in your show to whom our young generation can look as their role models.
such a good concepts Muzammil bhai, Its all about long term, your brand is Legacy.
Once again a great Video and deep discussion on roots thoughts.
Naeem seems to have NO sense of morality and integrity. Why did you invite him to your podcast in the first place, Muzammil?
Excellent video specially your strict and bold behavior.
This person neither sound serious nor genuine. People aren’t gullible enough not to be able to see through this.
Naeem has a such a poor comms. Muzzamil is asking something else and Naeem is answering aain baain shain....
Naeem cannot solve the problem.
absolute gem of a podcast
It's NOT OK or smart to have three scholarships at a time. And no regret over it. Wow.
That really got me lol. I thought he would admit it's wrong but apparently this is 'street smart'. Like, I get you understand how the system works. But that doesn't mean you topple over others to get an unfair advantage. Doesn't make him any different from the corrupt businessmen or politicians at the end of the day...
He owned whatever he did. May be someday he will realize it wasn’t right. He didn’t lie like the politicians.
Teachers are facilitatirs. They show you the way, you have to travel yourself.

But when the discussion start about enablers and extreme commerce. Muzamil didn't let him speak.😂
Excellent conversation, 👍
Love with this boys conversation literally its mind blowing ...
2 PODCASTERS GEMS 😍😍
Great muzamal bahi I am 1000% agree with your view.
1:47 I lost with naeem sikander. He has no solid answer for the problem. He maybe good for himself but not a problem solver.
Awesome Naeem Sikander ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Wonderful❤
Valuable Knowledge
2:23:40 what was that?
Lmao
Best of the best video

Great podcast! I studied at the same college and university, Islamian and UETian.
This guy naeem sikandar is nothing just a over actor! i thought this conversation could be useful but unfortunantly im dissapointed! all i could here about was usnay ghalat kia usnay sahe kia mene bhe yeh kia mene us k baad yeh kia thats it !! he is only talking about me!! wakeup bro! you aint no shahrukh khan. jab us level pe pohnch jaao tb btana. abhe you only run your podcast which you built by begging on sponsored ads and paying to youtube for marketing! lol
32:34 very wicked thoughts of Mr. Sikandar. I will not endorse them to be normal. ''corruption is smartness'' wow
Brilliant conversation, but I suggest the host to question not argue, please and let us decide about the value.
Thanks for podcast
It's not globally what you said about teachers in the western world....they teach for passion while being successful in their own businesses as well
Brilliant podcast ❤
It’s called evil 😈 genius it’s not justified for the young people money is not everything but loyalty and truth is everything ❤

For your guest the success is money. Many others have different definition of success.
For 80%pakistani ,money is success
@@Krucezam agree but still other 20% are there. The 80% u r talking about...25%of it may want ethical halal money

Good good good conversations. I enjoyed this podcast. Great to see we realize and we are identifying problems. But solution nahi hay - at least yet. But always happy to listen to ppl talking about tech and business in a rational, realistic and critical way.

University teachers can teach fundamentals fine.
But when it comes to real product launch, there should be a mentor who is already been through such process.
you are describing is handholding, there are something you need to figure out as well.
This was one of useless podcast I wasted time on. Guest was low quality. No value in this podcast.
Very decent discussion, no shouting or typical bad behavior even though there was difference of opinion between both of you. Keep up the learning and critical thinking...
