This video was full of surprises. Hannah is doing a super great job you're a lucky guy. Love the contents keep up the good work. Good luck on the harvest.
I was just thinking the other day of when I first started watching your channel. During harvest you were using gravity wagons and moving the transport auger around from farm to farm to load out trucks. A tremendous amount of positive change in a relatively short number of years.
If you set your brakes on an incline and the truck wants to move , you might want to check the adjustment. I always found that if you draw the brakes up snug, and back the trailer off 1/4 turn and back the tractor brakes 1/2 turn the brakes apply to the trailer sooner so there is less chance of the trailer trying to pass you when you want to stop quick on a wet road.
You need to adjust your brakes if it wants to roll away with park brake on? Or you need to put on new spring brake canister. We have the spring brake canister on all of the wheels. So you would have 8 of them on a 5 axle truck and trailer.
Quick way to learn to back up a tractor trailer is grab the bottom of the steering wheel and what ever way you want the back of the trailer to go your hand moves that way
Hey Ryan n Hannah ,with park brake set, take a pry bar and see if the brake cam pulls back any ,lets you know witch chamber has broken park brake spring! Out of curiosity, would a baby seat fit in a buddy seat in your tractors ???
Good luck with harvest, lots of farmers seeing massive yields in Iowa, hopefully that is the same here!! Also what is current yield average for soybeans right now?
Miss Hannah you were truly sent by JESUS! Hey Ryan and Hannah, Just got our power back on after the Hurricane 4 and 1/2 days. But we got here as soon as we could. Take Care, Take it easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I m just curious...Here in Quebec this summer we got really heavy rain (even the rests of a hurricane) and in my area where i live some lowline soybean fields got inondated...as a matter of fact the soybean plants turned brown!I wanna know if it is harvestable
Farm vehicle drivers are exempt from the CDL requirements if the commercial motor vehicle is: (a) Controlled and operated by a farmer as a private motor carrier of property, (b) Being used to transport either- (1) Agricultural products, or (2) Farm machinery, farm supplies, or both, to or from a farm; (c) Not being ... This was a simple cut and paste. May not apply in other states.
Ryan, what are you going to do with big red couple years ago? You said it, you're possibly looking at either selling it getting another truck. Would you look at something like a Volvo? Are a Peter belt? Peterborough built semi. Kenworth or would you be looking at possibly getting a bigger grand cart before you get a semi? I would look at getting like a print. 1396. Are I like AJM 1732? Because that's almost twofolsemise completely full And would you put, would you have An auto greaser put on the grain cart. I know Brian Brown and um couple other guys, Ron, a scale system call Lieber cart, and it's a it does automatically by Bluetooth. When do you think you guys will get a Draper? Would you guys possibly go to like a 35 foot Draper? Eric from Indiana and I watch all your videos all the way to the end. When I'm not working with farmers with agronomy.
Does she have a cdl license ? If not should not be driving on the roads. Thats illegal. She should know the truck before driving. Full walk around should have checked dip stick before driving.
Farmers are exempt. It is legal as I am hauling our own crop. I did do a full walk around checking the tires and looking for other issues. If you watched the video, there’s a literal clip of me putting the oil/dip stick back in from checking it. Then later on we discussed how I was a silly billy and didn’t screw the dip stick in. I just slid it back. No one knows everything on day 1! We all learn and get better as we go. Thanks for your concerns.
The drone shots really show off the beauty of the area
Great to include all family members in harvest

Don’t get too comfortable with her changing that oil😂😂. Thanks, everyone.
Great job Hannah!

Who wants to see Ryan start fixing up Big Red and looking like an awesome truck? It would make some awesome videos.
Great job Hannah! I thought you had plenty of bin space?
That’s used for corn
The accident on the 151 bridge had traffic snarled for hours. US 20 was backed up for miles!
You need to adjust your brakes if it wants to roll away with park brake on? Or you need to put on new spring brake canister. We have the spring brake canister on all of the wheels. So you would have 8 of them on a 5 axle truck and trailer.
Hey Ryan!! Hey Hannah!! Go getem trucker girl!!
Quick way to learn to back up a tractor trailer is grab the bottom of the steering wheel and what ever way you want the back of the trailer to go your hand moves that way
That's what I was taught! and that is what I do :)
Hannah did a great job Driving Big Red 👍

Hannah is a great lady and we miss seeing her in the videos
Hopefully you can upgrade Big Red soon. But im sure its not happening this year with crop prices.
I know that this YT channel isn’t priority, but man do we enjoy every time you post!
We don’t have yield monitors in our combines we just guess by looking at the heads on the barley, wheat or oats
Good luck with harvest, lots of farmers seeing massive yields in Iowa, hopefully that is the same here!! Also what is current yield average for soybeans right now?
Get er a trucker hat, Ryan!
Ryan how many acres do you farm?
Miss Hannah you were truly sent by JESUS! Hey Ryan and Hannah, Just got our power back on after the Hurricane 4 and 1/2 days. But we got here as soon as we could. Take Care, Take it easy and TRUST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be safe through that disaster! :(
Great video Ryan and Hannah, nice driving Hannah 44 years driving semi, just watch out for all the idiots out there you will be fine!!!
That is my grandpa's old semi
Thankfully many farmers are doing well this year, but Ohio farmers have some really tough yields this year.
if you set all parking dreak and the truck still moves , something is wrong . check out all spring breaks . we had 4 on truck and 4 on trailer
Great job, Hannah. But you should tell Ryan that some strange guy was in his truck. Sounded just like Ryan though which was confusing.
I agree, some hitchhiker just needed a ride 🤷♀😂
Getting your wife to do your job…. Good thinking Ryan!
You mean do your job
I m just curious...Here in Quebec this summer we got really heavy rain (even the rests of a hurricane) and in my area where i live some lowline soybean fields got inondated...as a matter of fact the soybean plants turned brown!I wanna know if it is harvestable
By the way congrats to Hannah for her truck driving!
I know a friend farmer tried to combine these brown soybeans and hhe got dusted all around his combine!!
I think at one time you we’re contemplating a second truck big red has done its job well sell him and buy a new (er) one maybe
So you are trying to say, she is one bad mother trucker!?
You have a great wife Ryan. Also fanstic drone footage.
That's One Heck Of A Woman!!!
Where exactly are you from La cross city
Potosi, Wi
👍👍❤
Does she have to have a cdl learners permit? Will she have to get her cdl?
Farm exemption
wish I could come up there and help you guy's but no responce on email 😪
Wait you don't need a CDL if someone is with you in the passenger seat?
Farm vehicle drivers are exempt from the CDL requirements if the commercial motor vehicle is: (a) Controlled and operated by a farmer as a private motor carrier of property, (b) Being used to transport either- (1) Agricultural products, or (2) Farm machinery, farm supplies, or both, to or from a farm; (c) Not being ... @@ArnieD17 wow, this will never be allowed in Europe. You need CDL for every vehicle with GVW over 3.5t or 7700 lbs.
I well remember when Hanna was a Trainee/ Intern. Her mMother was keeping a close eye on you. Ha ha ha. She is a goodun
A super 10 is the worst known to man
I can’t ride in a car with my wife, let alone with her driving a truck

When I'm not working with farmers with agronomy.
Ye need a MAN agri truck there a great job
Yyyy
You could have taught her with a better transmission
Learn on the hardest stuff then the easier stuff is a breeze. Plus when it’s all you have, it’s all you have :)
