My favorite Yoshi appearance is in Mario 64. He’s just straight chilling on top of the castle, gives you a bunch of praise for finishing the game, gives you 100 lives, and then just fucks off lol

Idea for Super Mario Maker 3:
- Two new items divided from the style ride (except 2.5D world).
- Shoe goomba in SMW and NSMBU.
- Yoshi in SMB1 and SMB3.
- Add a third variant of the Yoshi, Water Yoshi, similar colour as Sunshine Water Yoshi. Sprays water and extinguish fire enemies.

Here's a fun fact: The Yoshi character model in _Super Mario Maker 2_ for the _New Super Mario Bros. U_ video game style doesn't use the most modern Yoshi character model (from circa 2015 -such as in the _Mario Party 10, Super Mario Odyessy_ and _Mario Party Superstars_ video game titles); it uses the one from the _New Super Mario Bros. U_ and _New Super Luigi U_ video game titles for obvious reasons.

I think the most modern character model was from 2005... The NSMB model is based on that one with his proportions adjusted to better accommodate a rider.

@@jayo1212 No, I was mainly talking about his *_eyes._* His irises have less detail in Super Mario Maker 2_ than in, what is for example, _Mario Party Superstars._ Plus, the pupils in his eyes are more centred than in _Mario Party Superstars,_ where they are near the very top of his irises.

Sorry if anyone criticizes for thinking about this, nor is it very interesting, but as one of Nintendo's biggest fans, I would like to share something. I wonder what it would have been like if there was another character after Yoshi. I am talking about a creature character or something. A creature similar to Yoshi being some kind of member of a species group. Sorry if no one understands reading at this point, but I will say a creature Mario and Luigi also ride on one at a time like how they can being seen riding Yoshi one at a time.
I have one: How about *_Rex_* [a purple dragon with wings and a scaly belly (unlike Yoshi but just like Bowser and Koopa Troopa), and a head that is nearly identical to Yoshi's head but has a couple of teeth/fangs in its mouth that are bared for everyone to see there], but this Rex isn't loyal to Bowser (like all other members of his species are, there) but is instead *_Luigi's steed/ride_* (just like Yoshi is Mario's steed/ride) and is named *_Rexi?_*
