LOC Kargil | Baba Karamat Ziarat | Khamosh Waterfall | Kharmang Fort | Kharmang District

Line of Control, Kargil is located at the distance of 140 km from Skardu city. It usually takes around 180 - 200 minutes to reach Bilargo village that lies around 7-8km from the actual line of control. From Bilargo village, 45 - 60 minutes hike is required to reach Baba Karamat Ziarat. From there, one can see the mountains around Kargil city and Hundurman museum of memories.
The following video depicts our beautiful journey towards Baba Karamat Ziarat on LoC Kargil. It starts from Skardu-Kargil road and ends at Baba Karamat Ziarat, visiting places like Manthokha Village, Kharmang Fort and Khamosh Waterfall.
I always wanted to travel to LoC Kargil and my wish was fulfilled finally as it was once in a lifetime opportunity. 😃
