Another beautiful instrument. Thanks for taking the time to video your work! I've built a few bouzoukis and citterns here in Washington state. Surprisingly, they've all sold. I'm still learning and appreciate watching your work. Thank you.
Damn, that bass string! That's the money note. It's got so much clarity and crispness, not always present with these 5 course instruments! Sounds so good Lawrence
What a beautiful instrument, and sounds incredible too! I'll be saving my pennies. I currently have a Breedlove OO mandolin and a Spanish Laud by Vicente Sanchis (and yes, I'm a big Steve Howe fan). BTW, I found you through Mandolin Cafe. Thanks. I'll be in touch sometime down the road, hopefully soon.

Thanks David. I have seen your work and it looks great! Bouzoukis are a lot of fun and they have really caught on.

Thanks, Marty. That's one thing I strive for- getting a clear bass :)
I have always loved cedar top instruments.
Yes, cedar works very well on small-bodied instruments.

I’ve been wanting the short scale cittern for about 15 years now. I just haven’t been able to allocate the funds for one yet.
I hope sometime you can get one. I did recently see one of my old ss citterns come up for sale on mando cafe I think.
Hi I'd there much of a stretch for notes when plating melody say compared to the Irish tenor banjo in gdae
Well the scale length here is 22.5" which I believe is very similar to the Tenor banjo. In fact I make a Tenor Guitar in that scale as well.
To Much hights. That sounds like a sobell.
Thanks.
