The drape is my go to! I am ridiculously socially anxious, but that is a great way to open myself up. It instantly allows the energy in the room, to invigorate. I call it "holding court" they come to you. It makes you appear more important. Most folks only inhabit their little body space. The one who affords themselves the freedom to take up all the space they want is noticeable and sparks interest as to why those people are so present.

It's very nice to watch Body Language videos again. I actually forgot some of the behaviours which I actually mastered to spot, a month ago. Because of reading books and watching various videos, I actually became a good observer. But, soon after watching every Body Language videos, I got bored as there were no new videos on it. Territorial Claim also helps with body control especially when you're nervous. It's like fidgeting, but since your body part (arms etc) are making contact with something itll allow you to mentally focus on that physical contact, calming your entire body, while maintaining the conversation = comfort build-up/confidence in the situation.
