Idk about Lance so much but Nsync's harmony wouldn't be what it is without Chris Kirkpatrick. He is what makes it sound special and sets them apart.
Chris all the way! He should've had more solos. His voice is so different and pretty.
When you listen to these harmonies you realize how important Joey is. He's doing a ton of heavy lifting with the chorus and he's hitting high notes when needed

parkle strike he had a poor management behind him. Didn't really went out to harness his expertise and just came out with pop songs about sex. If he had better management, I don't doubt he'd be more successful than JT.

Michael Aiken JC was the man in Nsync period!! JT is talented & a good vocalist but very overated as a singer i rated Nick Carter a much stronger singer & better range than JT.
True, I'm glad someone agrees. Nick Carter grew as a singer way more than Justin Timberlake did. But then again, by the time he joined NSYNC, Justin was already a great singer, whereas Nick wasn't in the early days of BSB

Chris was the counter tenor of the group, singing falsetto in every chorus, Justin Timberlake was the lead voice in most of the choruses. It was either Justin or JC.

Lol BSB could only harmonize on a basic level. Nsync had far more intricate arrangements. O Holy Night demolishes anything Backstreet ever tried to do. And of course Boyz II Men are number one.

Justin and JC were the main voices, but Chris, Lance and Joey were really amazing armonizing. This group was amazing, I feel so sad that they're gone. I think was because Justin wanted to released a solo album. I believe Justin wasn't as successful as solist as he was in this group.

I am a huge fan of BSB, and the difference between nsync and bsb voices is that all of them have differences tones and voices, u cant compared the Brian sweet voice and the deep voice of JC. Both voices are beautiful and different :)

Looking back when I was younger. I liked them because they got good moves and I find them very good looking. But now, I want to slap myself for overlooking how AWESOME THESE MEN ARE IN SINGING! Their music is superb! I wonder if there will be boybands like them in the future. Perfect harmonization.

Why are you comparing Lance and AJ? Lance sings Bass, and his bass is just as good, if not better/lower than Kevin's. I was first a fan of N*sync, but grew to respect and to a degree, like, BSB. However, I do prefer N*sync's harmonies to BSB's. Justin and JC's lead vocals are better than BSB's, Chris' highs are butter (Howie's tight tho), and are bass is solid. And when they come together? Magic!
Lance lowest is an Eb2, while Kevin's lowest is C2. But both are good

Actually BSB (Brian and Kevin in particular) had a problem with NSYNC, because they felt like NSYNC was riding their coattails, and they felt betrayed when former manager Lou Pearlman formed NSYNC behind their backs. In addition to that, NSYNC were given the same writers and producers that wrote and produced songs for BSB, and anything that BSB turned down would inevitably go to NSYNC. In short, they felt like NSYNC didn't have their own identity, but by the time NSYNC released their 2nd album (No Strings Attached), that's when they finally stopped having such a problem with NSYNC.
Kobe Busia You are correct but Kevin is cool with 'Nsync now actually. He even congratulated them on their walk of fame star recently. Brian is the one that still hates 'Nsync. I love BSB too but it's sad how bitter Brian still is about them.
Well I know Brian doesn't like them as a whole, but I can tell he genuinely likes Joey individually. In fact, Joey's the ONLY member of NSYNC that every Backstreet Boy loves. But yeah he hasn't gotten over what Pearlman did. I wouldn't call it hatred, just bitterness.
