🧘♂️THE TECHNIQUE👁️
The goal of this technique is to activate your Pineal and Pituitary Glands/ Third Eye. You must realize that the metaphysical experience is the direct result of a physical process that you force to occur within your body. Begin by laying down in a safe place. Do a basic meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. Once you are relaxed, you are going to start squeezing and expanding your brain. Your brain is attached to muscles and tendons let you expand and squeeze it. Bring your focus to your forehead and try squeezing and expanding your frontal lobe. Concentrate and keep trying until you can get it. Once you can feel it moving then move to the center of your brain, (this is where the glands are located, the Eye of RA) and do the same thing. Squeeze then stretch it out, feel it expand as if past your skull, squeeze, expand... After a few minutes move to the back of your brain where the Claustrum is located. This is where the Sacred Oil is produced. Do the same, squeeze, expand over and over. Once you get the hang of it, start doing it in a wave motion from the front to the back. Continue squeezing and expanding repeatedly until you can start to feel the fluids moving, such as mucus running down the back of your throat. Some people, myself included, experience something that sounds and feels like a crust breaking off the outside of your brain, this is normal. The objective is to get your brain working, you have never used it like this before. Once you get the fluids moving you want to push the Oil from the Claustrum in the back of the brain down the back of the spine, down your nervous system and back up the front. Using your back muscles, push the fluid down the back of your spine to the bottom. Squeezing your muscles in your lower area like your buttocks and sphincter. Then start pushing the fluid up the front of your spine. Men as well as women have kegel muscles, use these like a pump. Using your stomach and your chest muscles, continue pushing the fluid up the front of your spine into your brain, pumping the fluid up the front of the nervous system into the Pineal and Pituitary Glands, the Promised Land of Milk and Honey. Continue repeating this pattern, from the front of your brain to the back of your brain, down the back of your spine to the bottom, and up the front of your spine into your brain. Repeat this process as long as you can. When I did this I was not staring at a clock but it felt like an hour. Realistically I would say 15 to 30 minutes. I did it until all of a sudden I couldn't close my eyes! Not even to blink. This lasted for several minutes. At first I thought I broke my brain! As soon as I was able to relax enough to barely close my eyes, I slipped...
Some things to note:
1. I know to a lot of people this sounds weird, (like it's not already weird) but you need to make sure that the Moon is in your Sun Star sign. The Moon affects the fluids in your body and helps the Oil be created.
2. The ancient gnostic text talk about sexual abstinence in order to get this to work. I refrained from having sex for two weeks before I did this.
3. Make sure you are in a good place in your head and that you have pure thoughts. Because if you don't, you won't go all the way to the end and meet the Light.
4. If this does not work the first time, try decalcifying your brain for six months and then come back and try again. I put in a reverse osmosis machine under my kitchen sink for $150.00 and I quit using fluoride toothpaste. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, which is what we are trying to activate.
5. This last one is a WARNING. Working on yourself is PARAMOUNT beforehand so that you have the best positive experience you can. Also, you need those skills for afterwards. I was super high for about 2 weeks and then I became insanely negative. It took a lot of hard work to crawl out of that hole and then maintain the connection, so you need to be prepared for that mentally. SUICIDE HAS OCCURRED IN THE UNPREPARED. THIS IS LIFE CHANGING. Make sure you have some good meditation techniques. Maybe have a friend handy to lean on a little.

This here is Pure Philosophy. However, it has been replaced with clever intellectuals that has no mystical understanding of life. They have misled the minds of men into fanciful theories of science, instead of it being a devotion to the ALL(Oneness). The minds of men felt into fallacious beliefs, false concepts, they have us calling things a phenomena, when in fact it's the work of God, or the operation of God. If a man want to know the nature of God, they must first know how powerful the human mind is. Once you have found out, it will be revealed to you the nature of Primal Mind. These lower entities, keeping us in darkness, without being enlighten. They are using astrology to determine your fate. It wasn't supposed to be used in that way. That's the false concepts. The deception tactics, they are using against us. Your life is predestined, why do they have to speed your time up here... They kept us from discovering our ancient science and astrology and place it under words like (Occult, Witchcraft, Satanism) they know most of the people stay away from words like that, written on book title. They studied it and we were afraid so they kept us in line their (book) with that and kept it away from us. The book of the dead is the original Bible.
This Alchemy too. The Great Work is to transmute base lead (lower self)into Gold(higher self) All men and women have to add their contribution to the beautiful Cosmos before departure.
The nutshell version is that we are here to transform our caterpillar psyche (lead) into a Butterfly Soul (gold), by integrating our Heart (sulphur), Mind (quicksilver), and Will (salt).
When we become still and silent, simply being aware of being aware, the Spirit speaks words of Wisdom and Understanding.
Being aware of being aware is unmodulated by the 5 senses, thus unfettered, where all things are possible (Wisdom and Understanding), because this is the frequency most in resonant alignment with the resonant frequency of the Absolute.
As the eye is a lamp unto the body, so is perspective to the Mind. Therefore, if your eye (perspective) on Life be single (all-inclusive), then your whole Being will be full of Life, and the Light of Wisdom and Understanding.
The Light of Wisdom and Understanding dispels the darkness of ignorance and folly.
When the masculine di-electric (inspired) vision of the Mind matches the feminine magnetic aspiration of the Heart, their energetic frequency alignment or union generates the androgynous electromagnetic current of the Will (child of promise) to take appropriate action toward fulfillment of the Heart's desire, in order to experience completion of Joy in form as co-equal collaborators with the the all-inclusive Absolute.

Creative Intelligence is omnipresent. We are all It, to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent, as the facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself.
Love is the recognition of our shared Being.
Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. What we experience are the contents/qualities of our perception. Every perception is to some extent memory. Every memory is to some extent imagination. If the resulting narrative needs to be changed, change perspective. Is it a limit or a creative guideline? No wrong answer - only a choice.
Being For (positive)/not For (neutral) is inherently sustainable. Being against (negative) is inherently unsustainable.
Ultimately, our only real choice is between unconscious compulsive reaction and conscious creative response.

I thought this was going to be similar to the Kyballion but it’s very different. I can’t help but feel the “mercury” spoken about is code for something else. Then saying things like Venus is the most holy / the hermaphrodite, “horned Diana” and “milk of the virgin” sounds like code for something else to me. Can anyone shed more light? I’m 36 minutes in and it’s getting very cryptic! Who could honestly understand this??
These texts are all written in a symbolic cipher language...what is being described are interior processes relating to subtle energetics and inner transformations, the 'cosmological yoga of medieval Christendom' as Maurice Aniane terms it.
By Mercury they mean the 'Spirit of the World', the flow of subtle psychic energies in the microcosm and macrocosm (think of Qi in Chinese traditions, Prana in Indian culture) - the alchemists say that Mercury corresponds to the lungs, which gives a hint that breath control is involved in manipulating this astral force. Western Internal Alchemy is the process of awakening, purifying and sublimating the deep energies of body, soul and spirit until the Golden Elixir or Tincture is realized...the Regeneration into the 'Golden nature'.
I'd recommend reading Titus Burckhardt's 'Alchemy, Science of the Cosmos, Science of the Soul' and Julius Evola's 'The Hermetic Tradition'. Also Maurice Aniane's superb essay 'Alchemy, Cosmological Yoga of medieval Christendom'.
I'd also add that the highly obscure, paradoxical and mysterious language is a deliberate way of bringing the rational thought- processes up against their own limits, short-circuiting limited linear- intellectual mentation and breaking through to deeper intuitive insights...in the manner of Zen koans.
The revelation of the Horned Diana is the Matter when it reaches the White stage (Albification).
The Milk of the Virgin (Lac Virginis) is another one of those impossible paradoxes which abound in Alchemy ( as virgins dont normally lactate)...here it denotes the Philosophical Mercury, very pure and luminous astral life-spirit which nourishes the Stone, the 'Philosophical Infant' or 'Hermaphrodite Child of the Sun and the Moon'....which is in reality the alchemist's own regenerated Self.
