Anyone know what I did wrong? I built it and double checked it exaclty the same way as in the video but it fights itself. Goes up a few down a few then it takes for ever to finally get to the top or bottom cause it fights itself constantly

I accidentally made a mistake, but I'm glad I did. The elevator goes up and down automatically, with 5 second breaks at each stop

Replace the first sticky piston (above the observer) with normal piston and there you go...

@@evameaesclamada8233 change the both pistons means where you put piston place sticky piston and where you place sticky piston place piston for going down and vice versa for going up .. because in mobile edition elevator is not fully automatic

If your elevator is glitchy and goes up and down randomly, then the most likely reason is that you are in Bedrock Minecraft, not in Java. Java Minecraft redstone is way different than Bedrock, so if you want to build this elevator, make sure you're in Java edition!

If you guys have problem with the elevator. For example, it goes up and goes down without even reach top. At 1:33, you need to change sticky piston to non-sticky piston (the regular one).
hehe. I am sorry if you have hard time try to understand what I just write. English is not my first language. :]
edit: try to fix the top part because it didn't want to goes down. TT. But then the platform goes up to the sky and I don't know how to stop it.
edit2: I think I just going to watch another elevator tutorial for my version.
