This is the best, because sometimes they figure out stuff in shows that I can barely believe that they haven't seen conclusions earlier. They're just so good in overtheorizing. And this burger thing was just so simple, that it flew over their head. All four of them. I love it! :D
I hope they catch Principal Winslow and who voices him. I caught it the first time because I watched all of the Family Matters episodes as a kid and have watched Die Hard a million times. But I can see where some might not put two and two together on his voice and his character name.
This whole thing with the aliens able to kill all these people despite a less powerful Superman there trying to save everyone but has little experience with everything going on is what I was looking for in RWBY. Here I’m cheering on Mark to succeed because he needs a break but rwby they get everything handed to them
I love how this show is realistic in the way that if there were superheroes in the real world some of them would just die. No big speech. No big climatic battle. Just die like everybody else. I think that's what make omni-man so scary is that he could just kill us at anytime, and there's nothing we could do. It shows us why so many people are scared of superman in the comics. We should scared of a being with that type of power.
Something that someone who's read the comics may need to correct me on, but my understanding is that Omniman spends quite a while destroying that planet - about 8 months. He's not aging any faster than normal, but because of the faster timestream, he ends up only being away for a few days from Earth's perspective. If anything, he would age slower there, considering they aged faster on Earth.
Thats correct. He spent months in that dimension before forcing their scientists to send him back to his dimension. You're also right about his aging. The flaxans age faster in our dimension and so the opposite happens to us in theirs.
I'm pretty understanding so it didn't bother me but the explanation for the burger bag was do professional. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks for the content

Ive watched the series 5 times now, and every watch through is different, as this is one of the few shows that justifies "forcing" people to watch it. I tried to get my .. new gf to watch Avatar:TLA. Funny you guys mentioned it as i was typing this, she wanted to watch one of my favorite shows after making me watch Euphoria,(not my thing in the slightest) and she hated A:TLA. Barely got to the end of the second episode. So i was like alright, its invincible time then. Most of the first episode she was like wtf is this ripoff, no not watching it, so i told her lets just finish the episode and we will watch something else. She checked the time left around the 42 minute mark and let out a thank god. WELL, throughout the ending fight since she was completely glued, she had that genuine "omfg" face. The credits rolling i was like okay, i got anoth-. Nah she was fucking hooked and now a diehard fan of the show. Can not wait for season 2. @@Nirrini despite the other replies that seem a little bit villainizing of them, I think it's pretty clear that the reason they do it is cuz they keep the parts with best reactions not best moments of the show, they could have heard that really cool line and had zero reaction and only thought about it in their head.

This isn't actually the case. The writers said they wanted to make the power scaling more realistic so they slightly nerfed Omniman but still have him very strong.
Lol, no, they were teaming up on him. Despite Omni-Man being much more powerful than the Gotg, They still managed to damage him because they WERE powerful beings too y'know. Just wasn't enough to take him down.
@@lordwyronborromeo5718 so I wonder how strong battle beast will be. Because In the fight in episode 5 titan was able to draw blood and robot was able to damage his arm a bit with his chest laser. I watch Blind Wave for the funny reactions and insightful discussions then I switch over to The Normies channel to see how badly they misunderstood what they watched. Both are entertaining lol
The message from the future was fun to see. When I first saw that scene I was confused but didn't try to figure it out. Since this future message has brought more attention to it. I just realised that during episode 1 when taking out the trash from BM he accidently skyrocketed a trash bag into the sky. Could it actually be that ? lol
I didn't know anything about Atom Eve when I watched the show and was confused why her icon is a female symbol crossed out with an X. Looked it up and it's actually the atomic symbol which makes more sense. Idk the limitations of their art style but it is very simplistic especially compared to the comic art.
(Speaking on Omni-Man: "There's no emotion [there in Omni-Man], no empathy, no remorse, no... something... There's something missing." It's called "love". Love is the basis of those things, especially empathy, and he is definitely loveless... Almost. I hear there was a tear once, floating away in a vacuum.
I hope they eventually learn that this is based off a comic book series and not an original animation idea of super hero's because the character designs are from the comic books with a few alterations here and there.
@@Nirrini to be fair, their reaction to that line wasn't like super hyped or anything. I think it was just Aaron saying "yeah it's mine" or something. I think they all thought that already maybe.
The only bad thing about this episode is that Omni Man should not have grown a beard in Flaxan dimension at all. That dimension should allow anyone from Earth to practically live there for decades and age according to Earth time. Omni Man returned on the same day. No one grows a beard in a span of few hours.
@@felaolut That isn't how it works according to the laws of that Universe. The Flaxans aged at a hyper rate because their body's internal clock wasn't altered in the slightest by the change in the passage of time. So, that means that Omni-Man's internal clock would remain the same in the Flaxan universe, meaning he would age at the exact same rate as he normally would. (The dude is also an alien so who the fuck knows how fast he grows facial hair :p)
If Omni-Man's "internal" time is still Earth's on the Flaxan planet then he would speed it up like the Flash just to not be moving very slowly compared to the Flaxans.
15:02 I generally hate that because they watch ahead and only patreon members get "current" releases we basically don't get to interact with Blindwave as "free to watch" youtube viewers BUT, I laughed hysterically at this jump cut to the future and they can only do that 'cause they're ahead. I always tear up whenever they do
Fun fact: When Omni-Man said "Earth isn't yours to conquer..." they originally planned to end that sentence with "It's Rexplode's"
My bullshit detector’s goin’ *Ding!*
That future message was hilarious!
I hope they catch Principal Winslow and who voices him. I caught it the first time because I watched all of the Family Matters episodes as a kid and have watched Die Hard a million times. But I can see where some might not put two and two together on his voice and his character name.
The school is named after the actor too!
I can’t wait until they watch episode 8 of this lmao. Minds will be blown
If they can get through episode 5 💀
LOL the edit you guys did explaining the burger scene is genius and hilarious.
love that Darkblood is basically The Question and Etrigan (two of my favorite comics characters)
Invincible is the greatest animated series I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot lol
Can't wait for season 2!
I'm pretty understanding so it didn't bother me but the explanation for the burger bag was do professional. Keep up the good work guys! Thanks for the content
Lmfaooo 😂😂 that lil cut in to explain y’all realize where the burgers came from has me dying 💀 I didn’t realize until way later either lol
My favorite times in gaming as of the past 5 years was when i finally stepped into MH with World, and discovered the depth of the MH franchise and the community.
Then i found Ruri, FightinCowboy, and Gaijin, and i have been a devoted silent fan ever since. I can't wait for the next generation.
The Voice of Damien Darkblood is also Clancy Brown aka Savage Opress, Slade from Teen Titans and Mr, Krabs! The VA in the show is unreal.
Just heard Calvin's comment haha
I had the same feeling/reaction as Eric towards Rex as soon as I figured out Pimento was playing him lol. Love me some Jason Mantzoukas.
Last episode: "J Jonah Jameson?"
This: "Detective Hellboy?"
Aaron spot on with the, "well... yeah, basically"
Oh my god it just clicked. The meat explosion was from mark throwing the burger mart trash bag in episode one! God that’s good writing
14:44 such good editing holy shit lmao GOATED reaction
Im going back and watching reactions to Invincible, and found you guys, your first episode was sick, that opener has earned you guys a new sub.
I truly love peoples reaction to this show, other than my moms reaction which just made me feel bad.
Def gonna go through your catalog of videos while I'm bored af, love the chemistry and brainstorming yall do. Way different than just about any other reaction I've seen.
Cheers.
8:42 Knowing the comics, this line is hilarious, cause it's Omni-Man saying it
The last scene gave me chills.
See, this episode is where shit got REAL REAL. Sure, the first episode had the final scene, but other than that it was very light on blood. This episode is where lots of people died and were torn apart piece by piece
You guys might know this by now, but the track that plays during the invasions and genocide is 'Tom Tom' by the Toronto-based band, 'Holy Fuck.' 15/10 would recommend.
Why does every reaction cut out the single most important line in the entire episode?
"Earth isn't YOURS to conquer"
I know right. It’s annoying.
I’ve noticed that Blind Wave skips the crucial parts in their reactions most of the time.
That’s why I have other favorite reaction channels.
Because they don't have hindsight
It's so you'll go on patreon and watch the full reaction.
@@Nirrini despite the other replies that seem a little bit villainizing of them, I think it's pretty clear that the reason they do it is cuz they keep the parts with best reactions not best moments of the show, they could have heard that really cool line and had zero reaction and only thought about it in their head.
I find it crazy that the older Omni Man gets, the slower he ages, and the fact that he had a whole beard and long hair makes me ask how long was he really there
@@luckyraygun1607 Exactly, in the end, those aliens were probably born living in a world with a viltremite destroying their world daily
His aging is different from his cellular regeneration so the beard growth is probably unrelated.
@@luckyraygun1607 he was stuck there for 8 months not 10 yrs
@@luckyraygun1607 what part?
No it was eight months in the comic as well.
The sound design for Atom Eve's powers is perfect.
I was waiting for y’all to get back to this show, idk how y’all waited this long to watch another episode lol I literally BINGED after watching the first episode.
Aaron's love for redhead will always be entertaining to me 😂
Once again I was looking to see if they posted a video about Invincible early today
"He's aging here"
He's probably aging SLOWER and (end season 1 spoilers) he won't visibly age for a gazillion years anyway. He was growing a beard there, and that's it. He was there for months.
The cast of this show is so good.
So excited to see you guys do the rest of this season
I cannot wait til you guys get to the other episodes!!! Especially the later ones!!
Oh my god, iam so happy that you are back with full episode review, i really loved it but the last time i saw your stein gate review and then in middle you stopped full reaction here, i really love your vedios, please keep the format same..love your work..keep up👍👍
It's almost fun knowing how the comics go and seeing how people react
Can’t wait to episode 5, 7,8 for y’all to react to. And Omni let himself take damage to make it seem like he got attacked
This isn't actually the case. The writers said they wanted to make the power scaling more realistic so they slightly nerfed Omniman but still have him very strong.
I think that's true, but he also did get clapped a few times. War woman smashed his face in with that morning star.
Everyone’s been riding him hard but if the power scaling is more realistic battle beast might not be as strong.
I watch Blind Wave for the funny reactions and insightful discussions then I switch over to The Normies channel to see how badly they misunderstood what they watched. Both are entertaining lol
We just wanted to conquer earth, we didn't expect a Viltrumite
"Nobody expects a viltrumite"
There's something missing."
It's called "love".
Love is the basis of those things, especially empathy, and he is definitely loveless...
Almost.
I hear there was a tear once, floating away in a vacuum.
Hey Guys, big fan! And love Invincible, the show just got better and better...Pimento from Brooklyn 99 being Rex is so cool!!!
I hope they eventually learn that this is based off a comic book series and not an original animation idea of super hero's because the character designs are from the comic books with a few alterations here and there.
they skipped the “Earth isn’t yours to conquer” line
Honestly they skip a lot of good lines in their highlights since a few years.
They’re not my go to channel for reactions solely for that.
@@Nirrini to be fair, their reaction to that line wasn't like super hyped or anything. I think it was just Aaron saying "yeah it's mine" or something. I think they all thought that already maybe.
John Hamm probably has a nice contract with Amazon, he plays the angel Gabriel in the _Good Omens_ adaptation as well.
*Aliens coming out of the portal again*
"How may times do we have to teach you this lesson old men?!"
You know the writing is smart when the predictions and guessing has an answer that’s more clever.
The only bad thing about this episode is that Omni Man should not have grown a beard in Flaxan dimension at all. That dimension should allow anyone from Earth to practically live there for decades and age according to Earth time. Omni Man returned on the same day. No one grows a beard in a span of few hours.
But they do over decades. And he was essentially there for if not months, years in their time.
@@Greens_Corner Exactly. Unless Viltrumites grow full beard every day, I don't know how to explain this.
If Omni-Man's "internal" time is still Earth's on the Flaxan planet then he would speed it up like the Flash just to not be moving very slowly compared to the Flaxans.
@@Mansplainer2099-jy8ps Then surely the Flaxan's would be moving like the Flash on Earth then?
15:02 I generally hate that because they watch ahead and only patreon members get "current" releases we basically don't get to interact with Blindwave as "free to watch" youtube viewers BUT, I laughed hysterically at this jump cut to the future and they can only do that 'cause they're ahead. More of this please. Still best quality reactions on TH-cam.
They do be making a minimum of 14k a month off of Patreon though, probably closer to 20k.
Good on you for editing in the revelation explanation about the burger meat
the demon detective instantly gave me Etrigan vibes with some Hellboy thrown in.
Man. I was typing just as the flash forward happened. Brilliant =)
I had to subscribe to the patreon for this!
I believe that Cecil is voiced by one of the actors from the movie Django. That's what one reactor said. Haven't looked it up myself.
also the hateful eight
every time they going said Invincible the title card pop up XD
I thought they couldn't top ep1 after that ending but every episode just got better.
