Very interesting information! For my Roman living history group, we try to give our military and civil events depiction more life with simple musical instruments. The bone flute is a very fitting candidate for this. you information will help us a lot to squeeze more life from our to be made bone flutes! Thanks in advance.
El sonido es un poco agudo para mi gusto pero está muy bien, aunque sigo prefiriendo la flauta transversal de caña, y además una pregunta¿La hiciste tú mismo?
Your video on playing this type of flutes helped me a lot with managing my new hefeby flute replica for reenactment, thanks! Will you also do a video on how to make such a flute? I'm bone carver, so that'd be interesting.
Glad to hear that the video was of help😊 I have plans to make a tutorial on how I make my bone flutes. However it will most likely only be posted on my Instagram😊
@@vorland.historical_reenact1731 I made some flutes based on hedeby finds now. Think I understood how to do them, but it's also a little bit of luck you need 😅
Very informative, thank you! I've been collecting bones, but never tried building a flute from them. Only couple of reed pipes made so far. Maybe I'll try carve something out of those bones also. :)
Viejo, porque no subes más vídeos? es decir si es un nicho pequeño y puede que no desarrolles una audiencia gigante pero el vídeo es bueno y tienes potencial para seguír haciendo mas

Cool video, do you have any tutorial how to make these kind of flute?
I want to make one myself. It'll be useful.
I tried making one some months ago, but cooked the bone too much 😅
That's cool, thank you! And I love the instruments in the back too.
LOVE THIS
