@mufasah888, she likes them a lot and looking forward to getting them planted out once i fill them, Big son keeps warning me he is coming over but he doesn't cut grass he just stands on the mower looking for kirb finds 😂,

Very cool, Nev! Those are nice boxes. I like your idea to put a wire across the middle for strength. I noticed the stone wall bordering your property. They are really interesting. May I suggest that you make a video about them, what you know about those type of walls in your area. These are not common in most of the world and I think it would be an interesting topic for a video. In the UK they seem to be more common but in Canada (and North America in general), we don't get many of these old relics. Just an idea. All the Best!!

I think they’re really nice that colour, they’re definitely sturdy enough looking, a bit of flat bar or angle like dexion across the middle would be perfect & wouldn’t take too much to knock up, a friend of mine had the same idea but he got someone to knock up a big square bed with railway sleepers 3 high then realised how much it would take to fill it so he got some cheap bails of hay from somewhere & spread them around, he reckoned it would rot down & hold heat simultaneously? Just my 2 cents 👍
your wife will really like those, it makes gardening so much easier when you don't have to bend down all the way to the ground to work the garden .
