- Dear Friends
In this video I have explained about the impact Value Test of aggregates for define the impact value of aggregates for road n building concrete works as per IS 2386 - Part 4, also I have define the frequency of testing as per CPWD guidelines and acceptance criteria of impact value of aggregates as IS 383 : 2016.

Sir Your explanation technic is best.
Helpful वीडियो सर
Thank you sir for sharing us - the valuable information. As per your videos we are preparing and following as per IS code sir
Best topic
Nicely present
Sir bahot badhiya. Very nicely explained.
Best
Nice information sir and easy way of teaching thanks🙏🙇
Great Bro. All the best.
Bhtttt badiya bhai
Narayan Bless 🙏 You
good.excelent. sir please tell me that the size from 10 mm to 90 mm stone aggregate impact value should not more than 30% or it will be varry on size of aggregate.
Hey Amit, nice to see you again & congratulations for over 33k subscriber, I have a doubt, generally in framed structures, structure consultant tells us to provide a bar (say 8mm dia) after 4-5 brick courses of 110mm thick brick wall. As per my knowledge it is a safety measure against earthquake as it keeps the walls bound with columns and prevents sudden collapse, however someone told me it is to help vertical loading, I think my point is more valid as in framed structures, brick walls aren’t for load bearing. Secondly he said we need to apply binding chemical instead just mortar slurry (like proper rebaring) but when i am providing a bar of 50-60mm extra long than of clear span between columns and doing it by proper drilling a hole which eliminates the risk of bar getting out of columns, then is it necessary to perform proper rebaring, and if yes it is necessary then isn’t it will greatly effect the cost??
And give another thought about telegram channel, it will help engineer with day to day doubts.
Nowadays consultants recommend aluminium strips instead of reinforcement steel, practically it is found at several projects reinforcement steel gone vanished after 5-6 years due to environment conditions & there is no need of re bar in columns.
Factual Civil Engineering okay, but what is it’s function, is it for earthquake loads or for vertical loading, and I couldn’t find any video on internet with aluminium being used as reinforcement in brickwork, if u have one, can you share the link??
Sir pls mje y batiye boq m Jo concrete ki quantity di hoti h use 1.53 se multiply krna hota h y same quantity boq m di hoti h use hi calculate krte h
Best Explain
Sir other video for send for testing material and guild line for CPWD
Very good sir ji
Thanks sir
niceee video sir
Sir m10 aur m 20 ke liye sample ka weight kya lena hota hai
Sir please make a video of aggregate crushing value
63 mm size agg. ki impact test kaise karein ???
All material testing Ka Vedio
Concrete Durability test Ka Vedio banao
Sir according to Is code m20 aggregate ka result ka range kya hona chahiye
Kitne se kitne ke bich hona chahiye
More videos update
sir kitni quantity leni hoti h test k liyay.
Sir IS code me kaha pr diya hua h ki kitne m³ concrete me hme kitne br test krne h (stock /m³/ structure) sir ye kaha likha h plz sir my dout
Ye apko CPWD main milega, aur Quality assurance plan main bhi dekh sakte h
Sir how to costing of multistory building project
hello sir . i want to know about your series on qs engineer . it means that you are uploading only two video on this topic after that nothing . so you are stopping this topic or even upload video in future . basically i want to know your plan on this particular topic sir .
Thanks bro🙏🙏
tnx sir👌👌👌
Is there any necessary to test impact value for more than 20mm aggregate ?
Yes for Road / Highway Works
@@FactualCivilEngineering than what procedure should follow ?
Plz can u explain u told that we can mix 20& 10mm aggregate combine to perform this test.on other hand in this test only material retained on 10mm is used for this teat.how is it possible
I said if you are executing a building project than u can take samples from both lots 10mm & 20mm one by one & mix if the sources of materials are from same place.
Particular size of aggregates is not mentioned in IS codes.
Sir Ji qap format ho to bhej dijiye na
Sir
India ma Quality engineering ka scope.
Kasa ha
Thanks
Sir pls make clear for testing frequency
Give it in written
Plz someone can send latest version of this code ...I'm not getting the latest version on internet ..
Sir ji job ka kuch kro na
Thank you sir
