in last of video for sample no 7 average is more than requirement by formula so in that case 7 sample will pass in average criteria but it fails 0.8fck. check it please. you define it is less but it is not less. check it
Why IS 456-1978 ? It’s an old standard. Revised standard was revised in the year 2000. Again it’s due for revision and the revision is under progress. You need to update.

These all calculation based on average value of 3 cubes

If 3rd value is less than the characteristics strength 20N/mm² so is it acceptable or not....
That calculation will be based on standard deviation which is specified in Table No. 8 IS 456
