The whole thing is great, one of the best bits of the show, but the absolute Tobyness of the “WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!?” always gets me xD
Only thing missing from this, my ALL TIME FAVORITE episode, is about 30 seconds after this clip ends, Josh reiterates he really doesn't think it's that bad and CJ retorts, "A SECWET PWAN TO FIGHT INFWATION???" *sigh* Such an amazing show. Thanks for posting.

There are so many instances like this where people just assume that a rule/protocol is in place to oppress and inconvenience them, but really there's a sound reason behind it - like how no-smoking signs in hospitals aren't necessarily there for anti-tobacco reasons but moreso because there are oxygen tanks etc. that could explode with a single spark. Similarly, Josh assuming that CJ is just 'soft' on the reporters but not realizing that the reason she's friendly and open with them is because public relations can be such a delicate thing and you want the reporters on your side when you inevitably slip-up or make a foolish comment
whether it's the private or public sector, you've hit the proverbial nail on the head. Josh was a hammer and great for tasks that require a hammer. but sometimes you need a different tool. It is amusing in this scenario that everyone knows Josh is exactly the wrong tool for the job...but Josh.

Im just wondering how much of CJ's lines were scripted. Got images of the writerd stuffing their cheeks with cotton wool to work out which words were funny.
