This was very cute! I like your granny square idea too. I think I'd like to try the sweater and cardigan. I made a few cute hats for my grandchildren and then a FB friend asked if I'd be willing to make some for a charity she is doing and I got addicted to making hats. I made so many that my hand got sore, so I handed off all my hats to her and I'm nearly finished with a baby cardigan for my newest granddaughter born in November. Love your penguin, but I have yet to make a stuffed animal for my grands, and I really do want to try it out.
