I grew up watching a lot of these early CGI animations. I remember one day as a young child my parents brought home some VHS tapes from the thrift store and one of them was a compilation of these CGI animations. These were my childhood and some of them I haven't seen in years, takes me back to simpler times. Thank you for compiling them with windows96's amazing music for the maximum nostalgia, means a lot to me.
Hello person from the past, as another person who also grew up watching these types of animations (on dvd's rather than vhs) were any of those possibly called "The minds eye" or "Televoid"? If these arent the ones you watched, id seriously recomend you looking out for them and watching them as they are exactly this. Hope this brings you well, love
@@amygarcia9838 The other possibility is Computer Animation Festival vol 1-3. 2 minutes into this video is Flora & Fauna, which was in vol 2. Believe they were assembled by the same person / people as Mind's Eye.
Isn’t it incredible that your 10 year old self would have found this just as mesmerizing and mysterious as you do today? And probably for the exact same reasons. Like waking up hours before the adults when it was still dark and seeing what the tv would show, enjoying that rare hour(s) before the real world turned on.

Here's the much awaited fourth installment in the "Best of" series featuring Windows96, one of the most beloved & creative producers to be found within the Vaporwave genre. Also, sorry for being so inactive the last month or so. That may continue for a bit, but I'm still thinking of ideas for & working on future mixes & Best of's. The next one may be vcr-classique, but we'll see. There's still a lot of other producers I'd like to do some for & I'll eventually be doing part 2's for Luxury Elite, 猫 シ Corp., & Windows96 as well.

Today I climbed some high trees (20/25 meters) while playing this album. The beauty of nature, sensation of the height and enjoyment through the album, resulting in a deeply satisfying experience of escape and fulfillment. Would recommalend strongly!
