My mother have migraine too and she didn't had headache in quarantine and one day she went outside and from that day she had a headache for 2 days so I think that when somebody goes outside after along time in the sunlight the headache starts Same thing happened to you like when you went out and from that day you had a headache and you said that you didn't had headache in quarantine ........ Hey aashna I face the same kind of terrible migraine as you do. I would like to help you by telling some of the habits that I have adopted and you could follow them if you like. 1. Get yourself a correct pair of glasses 2. Stop using any digital devices half hour before going to sleep and half hour in the morning after waking up. ( I know it's your job and you can't really avoid them but atleast this 1 hour of the day is going to make a huge difference ) 3. As soon as you wake up go and freshen up, don't keep lying on your bed either using your phone or doing anything else. 4. Eat any seasonal fruit or banana within 20 mins after you wake up in the morning. I HOPE THIS MAY HELP YOU.
