In my country, there is other story on how the crow get his feather black. Okay I don't care I want to tell you guys 🤣 (but I will make it short lol) Once upon a time, there are 2 birds who is best friend, peacock and crow. But they always feel something missing with them which is their feather is both white. One day while they flying across the city, they found a colourful bucket of paint. So, they decided to colour their feather. Peacock ask the crow to paint his feather first then he will do the same later. So, the crow paint peacock feather beautifully but then the peacock get some bad ideas. He don't want the crow has a beautiful colourful feathers too. So, he mix all the colours which turn into black and he fly away leaving the crow and the long last friendship lol. Since then, the crow keep searching for the peacock while shouting ark...ark...ark....lmao (in my country, peacock is called 'merak' so it's like merak = ark ...) 🤣 I hope this entertain you lol 😂😂🤗 (excuse if my english is bad)
Wow I’m Vietnamese and my mother told me a similar story except the crow and peacock were going to a party to eat food but to get in the party you had to be beautiful and colorful so the crow painted the peacock and then when it was the crow’s turn he got impatient as he heard the bell ring for the food to be served and he took the buckets of paint and just poured it over himself and then because he was impatient the paint mixed and the color became black while the peacock was colorful because they were patient enough to wait and was able to get in the party and eat while the crow couldn’t come in

Beautiful!!! This portrays the legend in such a colorful and animatic way. As myself being Native American we learned that the crow was made to be black so no one could harm him, no one would hunt a bird that tastes like smoke. He would be free to crow and fly as much as he desires. It was to remind the people that the crow saved our lives to sacrifice his own beauty. Crows are beautiful.
I myself is Native American as well and after all the times my great grandparents (they are the Native American side of the family) finished telling me this story they would always tell me exactly what you said. They wold always say to never harm a crow whenever we saw one because they sacrificed their beauty for us.
Crows are easily my favorite birds. Their black feathers are beautiful and they are so intelligent. Even though they represent death I think they also represent the darkness in beauty.

Being both native American and Australian Aboriginal I couldn't applaud this more, these creation stories are the biggest part of who we are. They are true accounts and not myths, nobody believed our stories in past times but how many stories are out there that they have countless videos of on U tube like skin walkers and dogmen

Beautiful!!! This portrays the legend in such a colorful and animatic way. As myself being Native American we learned that the crow was made to be black so no one could harm him, no one would hunt a bird that tastes like smoke. He would be free to crow and fly as much as he desires. It was to remind the people that the crow saved our lives to sacrifice his own beauty. Crows are beautiful.

I myself is Native American as well and after all the times my great grandparents (they are the Native American side of the family) finished telling me this story they would always tell me exactly what you said. They wold always say to never harm a crow whenever we saw one because they sacrificed their beauty for us.

Being both native American and Australian Aboriginal I couldn't applaud this more, these creation stories are the biggest part of who we are. They are true accounts and not myths, nobody believed our stories in past times but how many stories are out there that they have countless videos of on U tube like skin walkers and dogmen

@@LL-hq3jd thats because they have to post some free music for marketing and attracting. But with Liza, she could have her name slapped on the front cover of a movie, something which is almost unheard of to be free, and she would get at least hundreds to buy it just to see her role.
