    “Great white” and “relaxation” were not two things I ever thought I’d see in a video title together. Much love ❤️, thanks for showing everyone how beautiful these creatures really are.

    Watching your videos for some time, and the narrative you provide from experiences, the personalities of each individual shark is so apparent. Humbling to think that our God gave even the most feared apex predator a personal touch.

    I absolutely adore the image of the great white near the whale shark. it really highlights how size is relative. I only wish we could have got a better view of it but I can tell the water wasn't kind enough for that.

    Your videos are mesmerizing. I have been a scuba diver, and free diver for abalone in north California. I always knew great whites were there and fortunately, never encountered one. Seeing these great creatures how you capture them is incredible.

    It's shocking how close to shore they come. I used to swim in Port Phillip Bay, from shore and off piers. Not for a long time. Cottesloe Beach in Western Australia has claimed lives due to White Sharks. The water over to Rottnest Island where the Quokas live would be Shark heaven. Cheers from Australia.

    Exquisite filming.
    Do you know if DNA samples have been taken and compared from your white shark populations that you film? I am curious to know if they are related, if they stay in near (relatively speaking) vicinity to each other, and migrate with each other? So many times we are seeing just solitary individuals, but I've noticed more recently that there are many instances where you will capture 5 together, as in this video. The 5 here were close in proximity and aware of each other but didn't interact very much. It's all very fascinating the work you are doing. I had just finished telling my husband how incredible it is that one dedicated person with a drone can change what we know about white sharks (along with the scientists you consult and collab with, of course). Over the years you have captured so many unique behaviors. Keep up this important work!

    What a luck you have that the shark populations looks healthy. In the meditaraine ocean once probably lived 30 000 white sharks or more. Today hardly 300. Two years of sciencist searching for white sharks without any luck. Not one shark was seen in two years. Genetic proof for about 250 individuals where found in the water.

    Considering g the number of GW along the cali coast you have to wonder why there are so few attacks especially given their proximity to the beach swimmers and surfers. Yes I know GW are not ruthless killers and I know their attacks are 98 percent mistaken identify. You look at Florida and it’s almost always tigers and bulls. Cape Town and Australia it’s GW. So why are they not hitting Cali. Only answer is they are juvies. Unless you have a better explanation

    • @jmalexander131
      @jmalexander131 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      The SoCal population tends to be younger. They haven't made the shift to marine mammal prey, yet.
