The way Burt and Traincha worked together were great. I think that if burt would be 20 yrs younger (he is 93 yrs old now), i suppose that he would really conducted the orchestra. The way Burt conducts when he played live with an orchestra or even in the studios were really amazing to watch. The way he gives directions en how he waves that is in one word astonishing. Traincha so many thanks for doing these great Burt Bacharach songs and working with a legend in his own way is really amazing

The BEST VERSION OF THIS SONG.... and this has been covered by Chaka Khan and others.... but this version is the most disciplined vocally.... simple yet most intricate and so full of emotion.... i cannot get tired of listening to the Trijnje Oosterhuis version.... this besides her version of "Love's (still) the answer" is epic.

I love her voice, I'm a huge fan of Chaka Khan, which led me to this video. I'm sorry I've never heard of this lady. Her voice is veautiful. Burt Bacharach and Carole Bayer Sager write so many delicious hits. I think Dionne Warwick did a version of this song as well.. Beautiful job!
I love Trijntje's voice and style. Her version of "Stronger Than Before" is lovely. It does not have the emotive punch of Chaka Khan's, or even Joyce Kennedy's, and the vocal is not as effortless or polished as Dionne's. However, they are all exceptional singers and this is a gorgeous song, so it's an embarrassment of riches to have 4 marvelous versions to pointlessly compare.
Only an non musical amateur would make such a comment ! This is one of the best singers I’ve ever heard and or worked with and I’ve worked with the very best !
