I want to comment on this video against my better judgement. I appreciate the research done and the work put into this video, but I don't like the video overall. This video was 14 minutes talking about the 'Evolution of Vanoss' solely and then the last 6 minutes talking about drama. It makes it seem like the achievements and positives people other than Vanoss brought to the group are insignificant and only the massive controversies are worth mentioning. There's so much to talk about when it comes to our group and you chose the negatives. Just not fun to see as someone on the inside that knows of the hard work and creativity involved to achieve this success. I'm not even talking about myself necessarily. I'm very fortunate to have met some of the funniest and most creative people in the world over the last 10 years within this group and all that was mentioned was 'when they met vanoss' unless they were one of the ones to do something fucking stupid and tarnish the group image. The way the names are listed in the title backs up what I'm saying.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way. Again it's a very well made video, I just hate what you focused on as 'The 10 Year Evolution' of this group.

The one thing that has always impressed me is how private Evan manages to keep his life, even at the channel's peak. He managed to divide himself and his channel, and hasn't been directly involved in any drama, still makes decent content that gets views, and he now he's pursuing something else he enjoys. The guy knows how to do youtube right

I honestly didn't know Brock was the first person Vanoss actually met and started playing with. That must be so awesome to have a friend for so incredibly long and watch each other grow and even start a family. Even just being a part of the community and seeing brocks family grow through videos is great.

also doesn't help when the channels themselves in this video have made comments disagreeing with how this video was made.
you have over 7 people in the crew, that were never actually part of it. then you have 5 MAJOR names and long lasting members that weren't mentioned at all. then the simple fact of channels joining the crew in the wrong order/time period.
lastly how you gonna title a video "evolution of Vanoss crew" but spend 14minutes of the video doing a poor back story of JUST Vanoss,, then spending the last 5minutes of the video throwing names out as if it's factual info of the crew. Hell one of the channels/members he claims to be part of the 2011 original creation of the crew, didn't have youtube in their country till 2 years later and didn't create their channel till 2016. kinda odd how a key originator from 10 years ago has only been on the platform for 6 years

Ok, basicallyIDW most definitely do not need to be in the yellow. Your reason is bc he doesn't play with Vanoss "enough" just doesn't make any sense. Basically is doing the same thing as Wildcat just branching out to other content creators instead of playing with the same people he been with for the past 10-12 years. Not saying he hates or bash his old friends like he only just branching out to others to have fun or make better content than circling around Gmod, GTA, Cod, etc, with the Vanoss crew.

My problem with basically isnt that he doesn't play with vanoss, my favorite videos of his are the different games he played solo back in 2016/17. My problem is he plays the same exact shit with little to no variety, I have the same problem with wildcat, playing the same couple things over and over gets boring after awhile.

Same dude, I used to watch them on my old tablet with my big brother back in the days.
These guys, along with Seananners and everyone else, literally were the reason I even started streaming and finally think "Gaming is not a bad thing", as what my Asian parents would say. The youtube gamers were the literal OG online entertainment for me.
Seananners was, and is still my all time favorite. His wife, Cathy just gave birth to her and Adams first child. Time flies.
I'm happy that Nogla and Terrorizer found some great company in Kevin, Jackscepticeye and RT and formed the Irish Lads
And it was only possible because of the pandemic and they couldn’t celebrate St. Patrick’s Day properly so they just did one big colab. And the rest is history.
And recently terrorizer and nogla have been hanging out in the Soup, McNasty, TheDooo, Blarg, and Yumi circle
Nogla and Terroriser are just so great Nogla i find especially wholesome casue he's so nice and he's often the target for pranks and jokes and such and the fact that he's still so great is a testament to his character. great pair

These guys were my childhood. I can't imagine how much they've impacted me and my life. Love these guys so much and still watch them to this day. Almost 10 years after I found them.

I really enjoyed this video! Honestly being gone for so long while I was getting my college degree, I'm used to the idea that people would have forgotten about me so seeing me included really makes me happy.
I'm hoping 2021 is the year I can make it back to a green channel, because I feel like I've rediscovered my passion for editing and creating these videos not only provides myself with memories I can look back on of having a good time playing video games with my friends, but also entertaining the community.

Vanoss was my childhood, I’ve watched every single one of his videos even since the beginning and I remember all of the old members yet I still struggle to find out what happened with people like mini Ladd, ohm, and lui. Even the drama that popped up w/ delirious a while ago, and it hits me dee when I learn about drama in the group that causes separation since this group has such a special place in my heart

I grew up watching the vanoss crew. I started watching vanoss since I was just a kid. I never even stopped watching him. Even if he plays the games I don't like, I still rewatch his content. And I never get bored of it, how many times I watch those old golden gmod videos, I never feel bored watching them. I love Vanoss he made my childhood the best. I also started watching wildcat and a bit of nogla and I'm surprised how good the content actually is. The vanoss crew will not be forgotten, it will only be stuck in my head and I'm happy about it.

It only takes a couple of weeks to taint 10 years. Ever since 2014 I’ve been watching the crew, met lui and daithi at the San Diego fair. I love these guys they are my childhood and shaped my taste, couldn’t ask for any other crew better than them

Seeing this video is truly emotional because of all the milestones each of them hit, the absolute kindness and support Vannos/the others gave off (expect for the Unspeakable one) and just...the memories that many of us got from these peeps. Moo will always be one of the two channels who played the biggest role in my childhood, I don't watch him much anymore, but I used to have every upload on repeat everyday. He was so funny, talented, and managed to do it all without swearing often or anything. I love his channel and I love all the accumulated talent and skill their group was able to bring together.

When I was 12-15 these guys were my friends that were always awake, they were always there for a laugh when I needed it.
Vanoss and his friends got me through some of the toughest times in my life and I'll never forget those hilarious moments. Vanoss, Markiplier, Pewdiepie, Jacksepticeye, and H20Delirious are just a few of the creators that helped me through the roughest patches of my life back in 2012-2015. They inspired me to start my own channel and it's always nice to pop in on their channels to see what's new with them; especially when I'm having a tough week. I'm really sorry if I come off as rambling or self-centered in my comment, but I felt like sharing and getting all this out there feels refreshing.
Edit: I don't think I'll ever delete my videos, no matter how cringy they've become or will get. I want to keep them there to look back and smile seeing at how much my style and ideas have evolved. Sure the growth is slow and my upload schedule is inconsistent, but I'm doing this for fun and to help others by providing entertainment and a distraction from the hardships of life just like creators like Vanoss and Markiplier have helped me.
The fact that most of them are now grown up adults is amazing.
How lol they're people everyone grows up.

yes that’s exactly what made vanoss so big so fast the way he did it was genius completely he didn’t shoot to play with the biggest channel he could find and feeding off them instead he found people that was jus starting like himself so it was more natural and showed his determination to build his brand on his own and there content was very raw and natural and super funny great and interesting they are amazing together they have fun without even trying just playing video game i’ve laughed and laughed for hours watching these guys i never knew i could have fun jus watching a bunch of friends playing video games mini ladd was a great person in the group too till he completely changed then got exposed but he was great when he played with the guys but he didn’t only grow his channel he helped his friends grow and a lot it’s jus been extremely amazing watching them all grow sm be great friends i’ve loved every moment of it and still extremely enjoy watching these guys to date man it’s insane how great they still are and the editing is and has always been amazing from the jump

I grew up watching these guys. It breaks my heart and brings a little bit of sadness to see that they've broken apart and some of them have always secretly been terrible people. I'm glad that the guys that are still together, still play together
