And without spacing the drink throughout your workout, you're theoretically shitting out money and wasted protein. Thats where whey and casein is an important choice. Actually, it isn't, if you go for the whey + casein tubs. I'm currently looking for one myself, no luck so far. Don't know how true all this crap is but have done my own research and have come to believe it. The part where i talk about grams per/hour and absorbsion time was one study i found online, researched & completed by a protein powder Buseness. How true is it? Fuck knows!
You can absorb more depending on your metabolism. Doctors study protein synthesis and absorbtion on rats, mice and people that don't even lift. I would say eat no more than 70g of protein per meal
For the average non lifting man. Body builders/athletes on all levels absorb more due to the body using and needing more proteins due to the punishment we put ourselves through. Been on this stuff for a few years and find it gives me better results that ather brands. 😁

well it is an extra 500 calories into your diet every day so if you use it and sit on your ass all day then yeh you will gain fat but if you use it and work out at the gym then no you wont get fat and you will gain muscle
you can't gain size unless you put on a little belly fat. Yes you will develop a bit of a gut but you have to if you want to put on size. You can't gain pure muscle and size without fat, that shit is ridiculous. This is why you have cycles. You bulk, then you cut. rinse, repeat. Me, i don't give a damn about cutting. Take some spirulina and you body will thank u alôt more than this crap. The chemicals in this shit is horrible. Ur being used by these fitness companies

because on gold is whey protein isolate whilst usn is whey protein concentrate. basically on gold's protein is better.

Protein doesn't make you gain weight 😑 you need a proper nutrition plan. If you have a high metabolism you need to get in a caloric surplus.
