Thanks for your questions, Eddie J. Parsons. This depends on the drilling tool: the soil is either excavated or displaced.
How long it takes to learn to operate this kind of queipment is a bit difficult to answer - usually it takes between 6-12 months (courses, practice etc.).

Every single component working together as one. Top class production.
I like the position of the drill rig apparatus for transport, a lot of drill rigs are very high and require a pole car. I hauled a lot of Liebherr out of Newport News, Virginia to Atlanta. Never hauled a Liebherr drill rig but have hauled AF-350's out of Italy. The shop manager at Newport News is a class act. The service truck has this painted on the back of their truck, "Why would you want a Cat when you can have a bear!"

I'm operating lb36...the rotary drive is really very fast and powerful.for now I'm waiting for operate lb44...wait for the day for test drive this machine...hope I'll make good production for my team and company...

the one piece of equipment where you cant see what your doing as your in the cab operating it. have to use your hearing and feel what your doing exactly and ofcourse knowledge as to what dept exc exc.

at a guess, the rig needs to be anchored to apply that because that should be enough to just start spinning the rig instead of the drill head
@@stardustger2389 It of course makes sense as soon as you do a basic torque calc but if your torque benchmark is car engine figures it is pretty impressive!

In drilling jobs always you need to avoid the problem with electric parts and this rig is full electric control.....so for me i like the full mechanic rig....like soilmec RT3S so can repair it ....regards im from Iraq

2:05 the one bad thing about dis/assembleing is that you need a crane for that. Why they didnt made it so he can dis/assemble itself with its crane? That would be really helpful and efficient

Looks better than the Italian opposition( have worked on them)! Applying for a job next week with Liebherr.
But what are you saying, we Italians all destroy you in mechanics you just copy us but after years, we build with a passion you don't understand. Increasing the dimensions and precision interlocking or the increased mechanical articulations or the use of electronics in a specific way are all our inventions, so we do not oppose each other but mock how you are foolish and stupid to copy (especially when you do not know us copy) precisely.

Pedazos de bestias las Liebherr. Aqui en Argentina, puerto barranqueras compraron la Reachstacker LRS 645 aunque la nuestra es sin accesorios. Pero lo malo es que al hacerle el service oficial quedo mas lenta y el freno de estacionamiento da error desde que la compraron.

Rundumleuchte und Warnton sind nach Maschinenverordnung wie nach Betriebssicherheitsverordnung wie nach den einschlägigen Produktnormen der Reihe EN 16228 als alleinige Schutzeinrichtung nicht zulässig, da sie die Verantwortung für einen unfallfreien Betrieb auf die Umgebung abwälzen und sich auf deren Aufmerksamkeit verlassen.
Es muss immer eine visuelle Kontrolle per Kamera oder ein Abstandswarner als primäre Schutzeinrichtung vorhanden sein, die den Geräteführer in die Lage versetzt, selbst aktiv alle Kollisionsgefahren zu vermeiden. Dann braucht es auch keine Sound- und Lightshow.
kann schon sein das es pflicht ist bzw schutz , trotzdem bringt sie eher wenig , es ist eig. blos das man sagen kann wenn was passiert " ach die schutzvorrichtungen waren ja da"

Wie bereits richtig gesagt wurde, ist die Rundumleuchte Teil der Sicherheitsvorkehrungen gemäß der Norm EN 16228-1 und daher gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Darüberhinaus ist die angesprochene Rückfahrkamera erforderlich, um die Anforderungen der CE-Kennzeichnung zu erfüllen, weshalb sie auch standardmäßig vorgesehen ist.
